I know how to make beats very well and you just took it to a whole nother level with this OP information for people who can make beats starting exclusively from their phone. Amazing. Thank you

To truly unleash the beast within, dial in the AUDistortion settings just right. Set the Soft Clip Gain to a ferocious 6.0 dB and Wet/Dry Mix to a full 100%. Brace yourself, as this alters your sound to a jarring degree.
Then, tweak the Delay to around 20-30 msecs (based on pitch), Decay to about 8.5, and Delay Mix to approximately 90%.
Next up, the Ring Mod Mix. Crank that bad boy up to 100% to add those face-melting screeches and detunes that will electrify your audience. Feel free to adjust the parameters to your liking.
Beware of the Decimation setting-set all three to 0% to avoid its crunchy garbage.
For Overdrive, try around 0.25 gain for Linear Term, approximately 4.0 gain for Squared Term, and around 1.0 gain for Cubic Term. The Polynomial Mix should be set at roughly 50%.
It is highly recommended to save this as a custom preset.
Add Flux Mini 2 to the track-cut down on the sustain and add sidechain and sound design.
Boom. Riddim. On literally anything. Toy Box and Transition Effects included.

I remember using these plug-ins YEARS ago in GarageBand ‘11, I’m happy to see Apple’s given them a facelift on iOS!

It’s always been so weird that they hide these. And that you can’t use them in other AUv3 hosts unless you download those “wraaped AU” apps that someone made.

In iPad the designs are all colorful and nice while on my iPhone the designs are white like they didn’t have the time to shade in with coloring.

My absolute favourite use for AUDistortion is the Cellphone Concert preset. Adding a bit of compression and presto, we have an extremely accurate representation of an old school Nokia’s microphone.

@@TheGaragebandGuide that wasn’t what I was really looking for. Fl studio and abelton have it to where your keyboard can play different parts of a sample, essentially turning the sample into a whole new sound. That video though helpful, i only learned how to play a sample in different keys/pitches.
I’m looking for something like serato sample or MPC software sampling in garage band because garage band is very easy to use and it’s free
