That is probably the best built pen rod for putting line on and the button actually does stop the line when you push it. I'd 100% buy it for some fun. Awesome video!

I got one of those pen rods along with the spinning reel and fly reel as a gift a few years ago. I've tried the fly reel yet, but as aspinning setup' that little rod is a lot of fun, I spooled it with 4 lb super-braid line and I was surprised at how far it could toss a tiny microlite

You can use the black button for casting too. Let your lure off a foot or more and whip and release at the same time the way you'd cast a spinning reel. These are great for bobber fishing too. The extra weight makes it easier to cast.

I wanna challenge my self and try salmon fishing with one of these days
Landed an 8.5 lb trout on mine. Probably worth a shot. Definitely the best time I've had fishing. It was a half hour fight on 4 pound line 🤣

I believe that that wont stop u from fishing , so my advice , do what ever others do , but in ur wheelchair , becuz u can do it
but if u are going to fish for bigger fish like Marlins and fishes like Tuna , u might need support from a friend to hold u down and u must try to lift weights so ur arms are
going to be ready for that sweet strike , Tbh i got nothing for ya but support , Be safe on the oceans or river sides :D

Awesome. I never give any spots away, but since you know the area, just a few hundred yards west of where you caught the cichlids, are the biggest and baddest grass carps in the area. Look for the ficus. Good luck and pm me if you need more info. Tight Lines Boss!!
