First this was great! Second, I used this same template step by step with you and when I went to hit play the templates photos showed up in the video just before my replacement photos. They couple in the template were still transitioning in. What did I do wrong? I placed my photos right on the template photos so I thought mine replaced theirs but I guess not.
Hi. Thanks for watching the video. I'm not sure about the issue you were having. That hasn't happened to me, however I know canva can be a bit buggy at times. Have you tried exporting the video and testing? Have you tried refreshing your browser? Hope you solved this issue.

Hi, I'd double check every slide and look at transitions. You maybe need to adjust layers, remove the old items or check that you haven't missed any section in the sequence of slides.

I must have missed a step. When I play my video the original video shows up between slides
Do you mean the original video from the template? Make sure you fully delete those for each slide.
