(The fictional game that I think is called) King Dragon: The Quest for Prince Horace seems to be based off a card game, which already had a video game adaptation, following DENNIS going through a open world journey with his pre-obtained companions Archibald, Gunther, and Lycanderoth, with some optional party members likely obtained from quests. Some examples would be the pair Chaddicus and Braddicus, and Sexica. However, sometime through the game, Lycanderoth turns over to King Dragon’s side and Archibald is killed. Gunther is probably kind of useless and only matters in the story like once. Anyway not much happens after and pine cones are like koroks but more op and they made a remake but it was instead a co-op beat em’ up and wasn’t too fun. After the fail of the beat em’ up the devs made an attempt to redeem the franchise with a JRPG that has very forced dating mechanics.

(The fictional game that I think is called) King Dragon: The Quest for Prince Horace seems to be based off a card game, which already had a video game adaptation, following DENNIS going through a open world journey with his pre-obtained companions Archibald, Gunther, and Lycanderoth, with some optional party members likely obtained from quests. Some examples would be the pair Chaddicus and Braddicus, and Sexica. However, sometime through the game, Lycanderoth turns over to King Dragon’s side and Archibald is killed. Gunther is probably kind of useless and only matters in the story like once. Anyway not much happens after and pine cones are like koroks but more op and they made a remake but it was instead a co-op beat em’ up and wasn’t too fun. After the fail of the beat em’ up the devs made an attempt to redeem the franchise with a JRPG that has very forced dating mechanics.
