These are an improvement over the 1st gen buds. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxK5mc3yw4xA7Mf2j6k6n1Uqv_KUgrKdeM Pros: The fit is fantastic. This is the biggest plus. They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.

The jabra mic sounds better in a quiet room, but the AirPods canceled more of the noise when those tests were running. I’m usually in a quiet environment so the jabra mics would win out for me, but I was surprised how much noise the AirPods canceled out, I didn’t know they were that much!

The AirPods Pro definitely cancelled more background noises but they also cancelled too much of his own voice. So in a meeting where the connection might already be not great or the guys on the other side of the line has background noise himself, I think it would be harder to hear when talking into the AirPods because your partially cancelled voice compressed through your bad connection might not be audible for your recipient.
As the recipient, I'd rather hear a bit more background noise than not hear the guy loud enough. Especially when I'm in the car

@@HeadsetAdvisor I ordered them as I was having problems with my laptop with people hearing me consistently (2020 model). I worried that they would not work on my Dell PC because the instructions read that the user needs to download software to their mobile device. I called Dell who said my computer met the JABRA requirements so we set them up yesterday (incredibly easy). I will test them on my zoom call next week, but it looks like I am good to go. For my walking, I use Plantronics over ear for talking because my ears are totally un-evolved: every kind of bud falls out. I am lucky to get the JABRA to stay with their largest but I am sitting and not walking for zoom calls. Someday we humans will evolve to have perfectly formed ears for earbuds :-). Again, thank you.

Very useful comparison of the noise cancellation / call quality when speaking to someone on the ear buds. The Apple product was so much better than the Jabra one in the real world environment of wind or indoor/outdoor noise. It was surprising. I thought the Jabras had the lead until I heard how poor they were at cancelling out other noise when speaking to someone which is what I use my ear buds a lot for when out walking or commuting.

Currently am using the linkbuds S. Honestly it's not good in a noisy environment. Artificial background noise is definitely not the same as real life background noise. The problem with the linkbuds is that when it's noisy, the mics cannot distinguish between your voice, and the nose around you. Ultimately the mics will cut in and out while on the phone with someone. That's really the downside with the earbuds, besides the nonexistent customizable taps, which really sucks.

The noise cancellation on the AirPods Pro is almost too aggressive, which affects the call quality. The Jabra have much clearer voice on the mic, even in noisy environments. For me Jabra takes the win, as the AirPods Pro cancel out to much noise which affects the overall experience. Side note, I have the AirPods Pro but am considering the Jabra based on this.

I've previously used Jabra Elite 75t, but after forgetting to remove them out of my pants pocket while doing the laundry, the Elite 75t stopped working.
The only advantage I can see with the Pro 7 vs. 75t is longer use on a single charge. For the rest, my personal experience with the 7 Pro is simply disappointing.
    a) The case of the 7 Pro is horrible. Ergonomically, this design is a disaster; very easy to slip off your hand while trying to open the case.
    b) I didn't have any issues with the Jabra 75t Bluetooth yet, with the Pro7 I have to reset the buds quite often.
    c) ANC is not as good as on 75t.
    d) The size of the Jabra Elite 7 Pro is not that much smaller than that of the 75t. Only 1 mm. difference in thickness. That's measuring the depth of the bud frame exposed outside the ear.
In conclusion: I miss Jabra Elite 75t.

Both will do a good job to block out noise you hear, but both earbud microphones will not do well for your needs to reduce noise in your environment. Unfortunately the microphones on any earbuds we've tested so far are lacking. You'll want to consider a headset like below. Keep in mind though, any device with a noise canceling microphone won't be perfect to cancel out 100% of noise around you, but will certainly help reduce distractions so your voice is heard clearly.

I work from home so noise cancelling isn't really a problem. Ideally, I'd like to use Blue tooth enabled earbuds that have REALLY good mic quality. So far I've tried Soundcore earbuds and Poly Voyager 4245 (one ear set)and neither has been good enough. Would you suggest the Jabra ear buds or another brand? ( I really want to avoid over the head headsets)

That being said, I know you want to stay away from headphones, but the Orosound Tilde Pro has the most natural sounding mic we've tested so far. My wife airpods (not pro) sound much better outside. My old Surface Eardbuds sound much better outside too (although I have purchased elite 7 pro to replace surface buds after viewing yours first Elite 7 pro review). I have applied to Jabra support but no answer yet.

I got the Jabra Elite 7s day of release. I’d been a loyal Jaybird user but skipped the Vista 2s. The ANC on the Jabras was good for listening but it was the battery life and physical size that drew me in. I’m delivering on my route for 6ish hours not including any overtime so I didn’t want to have to take the buds out to charge while out on the street. AirPods just couldn’t do that (also I hate having the dumb stem sticking out). Jabras worked flawlessly for 3 days until the left bud would crackle and then never have any sound (it was on and connected but sound was gone). Refunded them and got the Vista 2s. Refunded Vistas because the ANC wasn’t to my liking.
I might get the Jabras again at some point as I think it failed simply because I got them right at launch and it was just a first run manufacturing issue.

Air Pods Pro are better at noise isolation for sure. It's easy to sound better without any noise when you're not bothering to do decent beam forming - that's what gives your voice an "odd" sounding nature. The best buds for noise isolation are Galaxy Buds 2. They are superior to even the Bose 700's as they use bone conduction to pick up on your voice and a machine learned algorithm to isolate noise. But they only work like that over cell voice calls annoyingly. When you use it for a PC or voice memo it doesn't work that way - so the tests that Headset Advisor do won't demonstarate that. But if you want a review that demonstrates that go here: ruclips.net/video/mrIOCFtJ-1o/видео.html

Another huuuuuuge problem with Elite 7 Pro is latency. It has been 1 month wince ive got my Elite 7 pro, and it is almost unusable with videos with 500ms+ latency. That is more than a half of a second for godsake!. They really need to fix this with a firmware update. Until then it is a strong NOT TO BUY product. Elite 75t is a much better true wireless ear buds than this.
Having the charge port in the front is very annoying and sound quality is just par.
ANC is not strong and call quality is ok.
