in my jabra elite 7 pro automatic answer call function not working properly, i turned off the the automatic answer but tws answering the call, updated to latest firmware
ANC was non existent for me. And I sent them right back. I like how small the buds are but because Jabra doesn’t do anything exceptionally it’s always tough for me to use them as a daily driver for TW buds.
That's what I think too! The ANC is barely passable, but once you compare it to stuff like the XM4, the shortcomings become really obvious. I'd say the only compelling reasons to get these are for the comfort and mic quality. But very few people are going to drop S$300+ on a pair of earbuds solely for voice calls...
@@Audiofied that’s so truth the elite 7 pros are a wash. I can use a regular pair of AirPods for phone calls. Keep it up I honestly believe this channel is just a video away from taking off. @@dvil51 Not sure how that works actually, because the ANC on these aren't adaptive? So I don't think they don't actually adapt to the surroundings when you're selecting the level of ANC. Anyway, happy to test this out later today when I head out and report back. I'll try setting up both in a moving car and in a shopping mall to see if it makes any difference.
When you pick up the call, check if your output device is the earbuds and not the phone speaker! I've had this issue with a number of earbuds when I'm using an iPhone too
Hi, thank you for the long awaited review, much appreciated. Although somewhat disappointed about the multipoint feature, I've since dropped that requirements, not too many carry them, however, I am now leaning toward either the WF-1000XM4 or the MTW 2, still undecided though. The 85t does carry the feature but saw it yesterday and it's a bit large yeah for an earbud. Black Friday sale is coming up, though, so maybe I'll make up my decision then. Who knows I may just end up with the 85t, but the XM4 looks good though, LOL, cheers.
Thanks for waiting for this Dody! As for your debate between the XM4 and MTW2, I'd say it really comes down to how much you need ANC. The XM4 definitely wins in that regard, but the sound signature for it is definitely more bass heavy. The MTW2 will be a more neutral sounding pair of earbuds!
I would personally stay away from the xm4. I’ve had them since the day they came out and don’t go a day without wishing I could return them. They are a 10/10 in ever category but a 1/10 in comfort. I can’t wear them longer than 30 min. They are soooo uncomfortable.
I'm in the same position as Doby Parto, so, the CX plus would be like a middle point between XM4 and MTW2? like pretty good ANC and features like the XM4 and the sound quality and balance of MTW2? hope you could help me
Hi Jaime, yes I'd say so! I personally really like the CX Plus, I think it's great value for money and it checks pretty much all my boxes (ANC, great sound quality, fully customisable touch controls etc) :)
PLease can i ask you to make a comparison between earbuds that have multipoint connection ?? Or maybe you just respond to this comment and tell me what I can pick instead airpods pro ? Which earbuds are better in terms of sound quality , has similar , equal microphone quality and have multipoint connection? Thanks
@@ShadowRap-y5l If you have smaller ears, the XM4 will probably result in some wearing fatigue. If the size is a factor, then probably just stick to the AirPods Pro, it's a good compromise between ANC, sound and comfort I think
Hello, the sound is great and also the ANC is really good. A bit disappointed by the latency (minimal but enough to make it annoying). The look and fit very good. One big issue is is when turning your head it sometimes struggles to keep up with the sound. Overall 6.5/10 I think there is better options at the original price point. If there is a sale then this is a good option.
I had to return 2 pairs to Best Buy for the same connectivity issue that's been reported all over Reddit. I finally gave up on Jabra, purchased the Soundcore Liberty 3 pro and couldn't be happier. These Soundcore earbud are crushing it in every feature. Maybe next time Jabra.
maybe I need to try those soundcores. I had the same issue and was truly disappointed as the battery life on these new jabra's is the only good feature.
Just got one and i hate it. 1 hard to open the case 2 the latency is terrible. Gonna return them asap. I love the fact that it can be connect to 2 phones at the same time. Music is good but the latency is a deal breaker for me. I had the 75t before and that was waaay better.
I've previously used Jabra Elite 75t, but after forgetting to remove them out of my pants pocket while doing the laundry, the Elite 75t stopped working. The only advantage I can see with the 7 Pro vs. 75t is longer use on a single charge. For the rest, my personal experience with the 7 Pro is simply disappointing. a) The case of the 7 Pro is horrible. Ergonomically, this design is a disaster; very easy to slip off your fingers while trying to open the case. b) I didn't have any issues with the Jabra 75t Bluetooth yet, with the Pro7 I have to reset the buds quite often. c) ANC is not as good as on 75t. d) The size of the Jabra Elite 7 Pro is not that much smaller than that of the 75t. Only 1 mm. difference in thickness. That's measuring the depth of the bud frame exposed outside the ear. In conclusion: I miss Jabra Elite 75t.
I don’t know why Jabra Elit7 Pro is such a good earbud and, way then, has such low ratings on all major retailers; around 3.2% of the Jabra 75t and 85t both have over 4.5.
I'm finding it very hard to choose what to get. Here are the things I need, so would greatly appreciate any input. 1. ANC. 2. Great call quality. 3. Able to use each bud separately. 4. Physical buttons. 5. Min. 6 hrs battery. 6. Some sort of weather/water protection I have the #JBL LIVE Pro plus, but am extremely disappointed with them, because when connection is lost, you can't get it back without returning them to the case (& I don't always have the case). Hence why I feel the need to say I need physical buttons.
@@rachjewiss824 Just want to say that physical buttons don't always mean you can get the connection back, unless you mean putting the earbuds back into pairing mode and manually pairing again with your phone... But with all those criteria, the list is very, very short. If you absolutely must have physical buttons, you'll probably have to give up on the 6h battery life. The ones that come to mind that fit 90% of your criteria would be the Klipsch T5 II ANC. Moving a step down with less effective ANC and not as clear call quality (but better sound quality), you could consider the Master & Dynamic MW08. Hope these help!

How these compare to the 85T's?
More comfortable than the 85T I'd say, with slightly better ANC. Sound signature is about the same.
@@Audiofied Aww so not worth the upgrade. No problem my 85T's have survived almost 2 winters now :)

Is the 85T ANC better than the Elite 7 pro?
Definitely not. The Elite 7 Pro is helped by the fact it's not a semi-open design like the 85T. Overall ANC/sound isolation is much better here.
