I've had one since they first released & available (Dec 2017). I'm mainly an electric player. This is still my primary go to acoustic. Amazing guitar for the money.
I agree. I have more expensive acoustic guitars but I play this in Church every week! Tim
Can you check that width at the lower bout again? You said about 5 inches. Thin body acoustics are the only kind I'm comfortable playing. I have a PRS thinline guitar (that they don't make anymore) that's 3-3/4" wide (thick) at the lower bout. It's perfect for me. I'm looking to add another thinline and am thinking of the APX600, as there are very, very few thinline guitars out there at a price under $1,000. Takamine's TSP's are thin body too, but priced at about $1,300 and up. I can get a Yamaha (always known for good quality at any price) APX600 for $339.
The APX-600 is actually 3 1/2” thick!! My statement of around 5” thick was incorrect!! Thanks for your question and allowing me to clarify!!
