@@DeuSJaguaR thanks for your question Tia! This guitar is not set up for playing “classical “ music. A classical guitar is set up to use nylon strings and typically has a different kind of bridge set up and wider neck.

@@berechiah2024 don’t ever feel silly to ask questions, that’s how we all learn! The guitar chords on a lead sheet are generally placed above the syllable of the word lyric and typically always on beat number 1. Therefore, you’d strum down on the strings when you sing that word or syllable. Some songs will have what is called a “lead in beats”. For example, the song, “Amazing Grace” has two lead-in beats before you start strumming! In this example, you would start singing the first syllable “A-“ on beat #3 and your first strum down on the strings on beat #1 while you sing the 2nd syllable of “-ma” and “-zing” on the 3rd beat. “A-ma-zing”… I hope this explanation will help. @TimGEdwardsMusic It dose absolutely I appreciate the response In a the amazing grace song you teach It's a music sheet you shared in one of your other videos. So between the amazing and grace for instance. (I'll do my best to explain this) A-maz-ing Is 1 full measure of a 3/4 time beat it starts strumming on "A" and strums again on "maz" and again on "ING" This is a full cycle of amazing Then the next set of 3/4 time strumming starts on the next word "Grace" So.. Chord G7 Start strumming chord G7 on "Grace" strum the second time for the gap between words. Then strum the third time for "how" Then we are on the next words as in "sweet the sound" this is again 3 strums of c according to the sheet Dose that sound right? I still am not perfectly understanding but obviously this may not work on every song but if I go ahead on a music sheet and make out my 3/4 time strums In regards to words on the page and the chords they play on Is this theory right? You may have answered the question but I just want to be sure 😃 Thanks again for your patience I guess over time I might see this is an easy question But it's something I can't make work in my mind Single down strums Is ok But been I go with patterns like Down down down up Or down down up up down down I'm am completely lost lol 😂 Anyway that's why I'll watch all your videos when I get the time ​@TimGEdwardsMusic

Thanks for your question! In my research, it’s best not to use lemon oil to clean maple fretboards since the pores are smaller and doesn’t absorb into the wood grain as much, especially finished maple. It tends to just gum up and kind of waste of time. However, It won’t hurt the fretboard. Lemon oil is good for cleaning and treatment of rosewood fretboards and ebony fretboards! My guitar is made of rosewood. Tim
