Another awesome video Joey!!!! I've cooked pompano after gutting it and removing the gills, no cuts in sides and after it's cooked grab it by the eyes and the lifting it up. The bones come out clean flipping it from side to side over the tail.

Cool man. Just a tip if I may. Cut a slit in the top of the tin foil after taking it out of the oven to release the steam and ya won't burn the digits. Found out the hard way myself

You guys must still be hammering them down around Jensen Beach/ Stuart. Sebastian has thin out but still some really nice quality 15"-18" pomps around. Still waiting on the returns. There all still packed full of eggs, try some out sometime. I saute em and there awesome. Btw, great vids bro, always enjoy em and your intro. Later.
