here in India after applying henna , we let it sit for an hour and wash with just plain water. when still damp we apply plain coconut oil from the root to the ends. A light application. Oil traps the color and the moisture in the strands. also we dont wash the hair for atleast 2 days after the oil application. This intensifies the color. Since most Indians have black hair it is very common to add Bhringraj powder to henna as Bhringraj by itself gives a black color and added to henna intensifies black color. Bhringraj is also a plant and grows wild near any riverbed or marshy area. This is just a tip for someone who has natural black hair.
@Moon B people with black hair , as they get old start getting grey hair. So yes henna with Bhringraj turns turning grey hair to black for people with originally black hair. and its also for people who want to color their hair black naturally.

@@Redridininyohood Didn't see any change at all, but my hair is damaged. It might work if your hair is relatively healthy and it needs just a little bit of care.

Khadija. Here is a tip for those who do the 2 steps hair coloring with henna and Indigo. You probably know it, but I am posting here just in case. So, in the first step I combined henna, indigo, and amla. The second step I combined indigo and yogurt. The yogurt made a whole lots of difference. Interesting, I always let cassia "rest" for at least 12 hours (24 is max) and I put there some citrid acid (half teaspon for 100g powder). If you decide to use henna for color you are stuck with henna die and can't use any other color on your hair. That's the only downfall but I do love the colors of henna
You might need to wait for it to grow out. I've been dying my hair with henna now for 6 years and I only need to touch up the roots because the colour is stays so strong. I've heard sometimes if you try and bleach it out your hair could go green
Applying from top to bottom, like a pineapple 🍍 😋 helped me. I just twisted my top crown section on top, then just continue to wrap sections from bottom to the top until it's all pilled on top of my head. I use a dye brush to apply and gloves, how I would apply hair dye. It keeps my bathroom fairly clean. But HolisticHabits has such long hair I'm not sure that it would even help. No don't use henna on dyed hair at all. It cannot be fixed after if it goes wrong. If used on dyed hair it can turn your hair green. College told us never to mix chemical dying with natural dyes.
Hey, I have a question regarding cassia and henna. If I´m travelling a lot on a boat, could I wash it out in seawater? would it have an effect on the the henna and or Cassia? Would it damage nature, if I were to wash it out in nature?

Like an hour or 2, that's how long I do it and I have extremely fine hair
6:29 Can this also apply to amla and brahmi? I've seen people adding them to their cassia mixture and I've been thinking on doing the same ^^
If you want to intensify black hair this is recommend, but not if you want to intensify red tones 🙂
OMG I used to watch her so often back in the day! I completely forgot about her. PS I think her hair texture looked a lot better in the after video and the color in the video looks beautiful.
Struck by how similar their smile look!
How come you are the hair expert but we can’t see your hair?
If you decide to use henna for color you are stuck with henna die and can't use any other color on your hair. That's the only downfall but I do love the colors of henna
I love these reaction videos!!
Who should I react to next? 😊
I have long hair and would like to try this. Cool video
clicked soon as i saw my name, although pronounced slightly different. learned something new though
Well now I’m curious how your name is pronounced
How much aloe power do you use? Do you put it in the cassia mix at the beginning ?
Love holistic habits! Love Hennasooq products! Love this reaction video!! 😆
Yay! 😊
@@HennaSooq Can you please do a video on how to dye your brows with henna?
@@ThatGirlwiththeCurls we'll put it into the video requests :)
@@HennaSooq Much appreciated! :)
Ths hair pack makes my hair so soft. You dnt need conditioner or conditioning hair mask if u use henna hair pack
Khadijah, can you tell me how to remove henna from hair? Please😔
Scrub and hope? It is a direct dye, it’s stains the hair shaft so I would imagine anything used to remove direct dyes from hair might help.
You might need to wait for it to grow out. I've been dying my hair with henna now for 6 years and I only need to touch up the roots because the colour is stays so strong. I've heard sometimes if you try and bleach it out your hair could go green
You have to grow it out and cut it off
1:30 Are you comparing air bubbles with foam to say that because of this cassia has cleansing properties????
Applying from top to bottom, like a pineapple 🍍 😋 helped me. I just twisted my top crown section on top, then just continue to wrap sections from bottom to the top until it's all pilled on top of my head. I use a dye brush to apply and gloves, how I would apply hair dye. It keeps my bathroom fairly clean. But HolisticHabits has such long hair I'm not sure that it would even help. With that much hair I'd say just get it on there...she's a Houdini of hair!!! 😝😅💕💕💕💕💕💕
Hi I just want to say, I reviewer all my orders from you in the mail, l am super excited to try all the hair products I brought from you. Thank you so much for fast delivery ❤💖💕
Lol for the mess, i dont even spill a drop after using henna for 20 years lol
Love the video and love your jewelry too! ✨✨✨✨😍😍
Thank you beautiful!!
Can something please write/tips the powder which is giving softness and helps against the dryness mentioned in the video? 🙏
Its aloe vera powder 😊
And aloe vera juice. I use both the powder and juice.
Aloe Vera! It's so helpful in fixing any dryness
Love your personality you are so sweet, enjoy your day 😃💛
omg she should have put some newspapaper and old towels down, either way - think of it as an arts and crafts project and have a tarp, even better lol! the asmr sounded like rice krispies !
Please tell me is it better too wash your hair 1st and apply henna onto wet clean hair
I put garbage bags over counter and sink and if needed one on floor and use the largest bathroom so I don't touch any walls.
How do you go from bleached blonde hair to medium brown? I saw medium brown henna on blonde turns reddish would dark brown get medium?
No don't use henna on dyed hair at all. It cannot be fixed after if it goes wrong. If used on dyed hair it can turn your hair green. College told us never to mix chemical dying with natural dyes.
Can you use this for your kids?
would you add the aloe vera powder to the cassia treatment or AFTER the cassia treatment?
usually aloe vera powder should be added when all the dry herbs are being mixed, like baking. Then add liquid and use.
Hey, I have a question regarding cassia and henna. If I´m travelling a lot on a boat, could I wash it out in seawater? would it have an effect on the the henna and or Cassia? Would it damage nature, if I were to wash it out in nature?
That would be so cool! Yes of course. I say go for it and if you take pictures please please please share!!! Tag us @hennasooq or #hennasooq or even email us at info@hennasooq.com
Hii! Help I want to replace shampoo and conditioner with herbs! What herb should I use?? Five minutes of shikakai is correct?? Thanks!! I liked and subscribed
Please visit hennasooq.com/hair-care/ayurvedic-herbs/cleanse/ for herb cleansers.
Where do you get cassia, and can I expect my white hair to stay white if I use ir.
Wondering that also. I don't want my white to turn an off yellow... or what would you recommend for grey Nd white hair
Hi! You say your cassia is safe for dyed hair. Does this mean that it will not remove hair dye?
What’s the best herb powder to use for growth and also one for strength? Thank you so much
I would say for growth, definitely #1 is amla (in my books as seeing a lot of results personally and professionally) and strengthening is henna for sure. If you don't want color (as henna dyes) you could use one of these products instead: hennasooq.com/search.php?search_query=strengthen§ion=product
Awesome. Thank you so much. I just placed an order
@@jenniferbaker3678 appreciate you!!!
I love so much your energies
What was the conditiining powder you mentioned, I didn't quite hear it.
