If you get a chance to visit New Zealand, you'll love all of it! Lots of Indigenous, Native cultures of the Māori people. Australia and New Zealand are just lovely!
i swam with humpbacks off the Silver Banks when I was 52. It was beautiful and life changing. I am now a little old lady with many adventures since then.. Thanks you two. Keep adventuring.
I am not physically able to do the things the two of you do but it’s so nice to live through your eyes this fantastic adventure you are living. Thank you for documenting what those of us who are disabled cannot enjoy, we do that through you❤❤
Nate, you and Kara are so lucky to be able to do this with your parents. A lot of us don't have our parents here anymore, or never got a chance to do a trip like this with them. The best thing in life are the memories we form together! Cherish every second!
Dior and her family have had such incredible hardships recently, loosing their home in Tonga to the volcanic tsunami, loosing a family member in an accident and they have the most beautiful and touching stories to tell. Their channel is so beautiful and their souls are so kind! I'm glad you guys got to spend time with them! It looks wonderful!
That’s beautiful! As someone who is in love with humpbacks my eyes filled with tears of joy seeing you guys swimming with them! One day I will! I love sea animals/ whales soo much they are so majestic! Thank you for sharing this with us! And love you guys so much❤🥰☺️
Everytime I think they can't possibly find something new or exciting to do... They do! Their videos just get better and better every week, month and year. Great work Kara and Nate. Every single video is fun and informative.
The relationship between the Captain and the whales is amazing. But at timestamp 11:58 the mama pokes her head out as if to see if, "they are still following" her. ❤ Thank you for yet another wonderful experience with whales. Onwards to the Australian outback! ❤
The family who hosted y’all was featured pre-tsunami on Gone With the Wynns. They seem like such great people trying to live as close to nature as possible. ❤ I’m glad they are able to host this type of adventure!
What a fantastic experience! And lovely to see Dior and her parents smiling after all they have been through. I have followed them ever since the Wynns visited the island during Covid.
I'm a whale watching guide in Alaska and I get to see humpbacks on the daily but seeing your video of them under water was INCREDIBLE!! I have been watching humpbacks for two years and I still shout with excitement when I see them as well Kara. I'm glad you got to show the beauty of these amazing animals and hope one day I get to see them in this way as well!!
It’s crazy to think that the humpbacks you guys saw in Norway could possibly be the same your swimming with now. Thanks for sharing such amazing footage! 💜💜
unlikely, however. The ones that are in Tonga tend to live in Antarctica the rest of the year - or at least that's what we were told when we were swimming with them in Tonga.
Gotta admire just how fearless Kara was in getting into the water with the whales! She’s come a long way since the night scuba diving in Thailand. Love watching her grow through the years, but still maintain her kind and sweet personality! ❤
I'm new and I have to look that episode up! I did and will only ever attempt that one night dive! (Belize) I said NOPE! and walked on water back to the boat. I'm cool with the sharks, a couple eels were OK during the day but at night when there's a grinning Moray eel in your face everywhere you turn No no no nooooo...
@@GenXHeartI don't mind the morays so much when they stay in their holes. But one dive I was cruising along a reef ridge, looked down and discovered a new dive buddy, swimming directly below and matching my speed 🤯 I never knew I could squeal so loud with a regulator in my mouth 🤣
@@GenXHeartLol! I don’t blame you for jumping back in the boat! It’s pretty unpredictable when you’re out in nature dealing with wildlife, land or sea. It’s still pretty brave that you even got in the ocean at night!

So here I am, I sleeping in on a rainy, cozy, Saturday morning. When I thought things couldn’t get any better than this, I remembered it was Kara and Nate Saturday! Such a pleasure to watch! Y’all are finally back at it with the whales again! 🫶🐳 Happy travels!! ✈️🩵
Sailing RUclipsrs "Gone with the Wynn's" visited the family's beautiful off grid compound several years ago on Tonga! Before the tsunami... It can probably be found in their backlog of episodes! So happy to see them all again!!! 🙏🌴♥️
Oh, I'm so glad you met this family. They have been on my heart since I heard about the tsunami hitting Tonga. 😢 They were with @GoneWiththeWynns years ago!! That homestead was so lovely. Glad to see they are safe.
Your guys videos bring me so much joy. It is super fun trying to guess if you guys are secluded without service, or swimming with animals, and everything in between. Including spending hours and hours on airplanes, and doing an insane physical activity that you guys have not trained for😂. I love y'all 🥰
My husband and I love your channel! You two are livin' life! I'd like to know how Kara stays fit and see a video on how she exercises her legs! Thank you, Tammy
When you finally got close enough to the whales & we were able to see them my eyes immediately filled with tears. That was incredible my God!! What a sight to see! Simply amazing & just so beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing❤
Love your video! The whales, the waves, the cat, the food the slo-mo shots, the drone shots, the whale songs, the whale dance, the happy group, and of course, Kara's morning coffee shots! Thank you for taking us along! I just read about the humpback whales, they are so intelligent and compassionate! Why would anyone ever want to hunt them? Although a 100 or more years ago, my Portuguese great-grandfather did just that in the Pacific! I'm so glad that we know better now!
I landed on your channel 6 hours ago, started with the train ride from Vancouver to Toronto (I’m Canadian so I thought it was fascinating)(also never seen my country so beautifully. I never knew it was that beautiful) but I literally fell in LOVE with your channel and so thankful you guys have documented all of this for us! THANKYOU!!!! I love this so much! So many things you guys have done, are absolutely on my bucket list. I just finished watching the gorilla video… my favourite animals, orcas, and gorillas! Wow! Thank you 🥹🥹🥹🥹❤❤❤❤
Just want to say how grateful I am to have access to these videos Kara and Nate post for us all to see. I mean this is an absolutely incredible experience and they share it with us and put so much effort into the quality of their content. It’s superb!
We were still in bed, covered in receipts...filling out our expense reports and I literally yelled, "There's a new Kara and Nate!" And receipts went flying...lol. thanks for being one of our favorite times of every week!
I got quite emotional watching this one. I’m a Kiwi (from New Zealand) and travelled to Tonga about 15 years ago. There were only a couple of us that got in the water (without the guide) as a storm was rolling in and the water was like black oil and I couldn’t see a thing - knowing the mother and calf were nearby was absolutely terrifying - but an unforgettable experience. This brought back so many memories - thanks for sharing another incredible adventure!
As an Aussie I thought Kara's attempt to sound like an Aussie was one of the best I have ever heard. Well done mate. So excited that you are coming to my home Country and from all of us here in AUS Welcome and we hope you have a wonderful time and keep an eye out for those Burrunjor and Yowies.
I would have been interested in learning more about the regulations in Tonga and how they make sure the whales are protected, like why the 9am-4pm rule. The balance of protecting nature while allowing tourism is so important! I thought I would to comment because you often do these nature-tourism experiences and I think adding information how diferent countries find that balance would be an awesome theme to include in your films.
Yay! Time for Coffee and Kara & Nate. Best way to start a Saturday ❣️ Last night, my husband and I took my 6 year old to grab some ice cream. There was an airplane over head. He was like "Mom I wonder if Kara and Nate are flying over us". He loves your videos! With love from Texas 🙂 safe travels! Ryan says hello 👋
Watching videos of people living adventurously and outside their comfort zone can be beneficial. When K&N were in Antarctica and Kate walked, with much trepidation. thru wind and snow on the boat - and then friggin' back-flipped into the icy waters! That left an impression on me. Ever since I saw that feat of fearlessness, I've been challenging myself to take a dip in colder waters, and staying in longer, overcoming the impulse to get out of the chill. I have been watching you guys for about 4 years now and haven’t missed a video since then. I love your guys content❤ you never fail to entertain everyone watching! Thank you so much for your dedication to making content❤
Great to see Dior and her family again. We first "met them" on Gone With The Wynn's channel. I hope this extra exposure gives them all the business they need to rebuild. Very cool family!
The Sheen Family is amazing. Their daughter Dior has a RUclips channel and filmed their live on an island. However knowing that they lost their home from the tsunami it could be bitter sweet to watch.
I saved this to watch on Sunday morning. Nate, you were gazed upon by a whale in her home waters. It's special and life-giving. I've been on whale watches and had them come to my kayak. Their size and their peaceful presence are enchanting. Memories to carry forever. 😊
I always cry whenever I see you guys swimming with the whales. I can’t believe we share a planet with these creatures and it’s so overwhelming even just seeing them on the screen!!
Interesting seeing big ‘experiences’ on here. Next level production quality for K&N. They worked hard and hustled to get there. Good for them, and they’ve earned it.

Incredible video and amazing footage! It takes a lot of courage to get in the ocean with such large marine life. You guys have come a long way and love watching you along the way! ❤
Sorry to see that the weather was so blah while you were there. We had the most perfect sunny days swimming with the humpbacks 🐋. We’re so glad to have those memories in common with you. We were lucky enough to have timed it one day to be there with a male singer, singing to a female, right before our eyes. The sound went right through our bodies, vibrating every bone. We spent 10 days in the water. Then we found a cute little resort on a small island called Atata. We were the only guest there, so breakfast and dinner was only us in this massive banquet room with the only table, in the middle of the room, with a tablecloth and candle. Paradise for sure. I hope we run into you two someday, somewhere ❤
Do you think the whales talk about making the swim to Tonga to swim with humans? Like they look forward to it too? Great vid as usual! Love you guys!!🤗
Amazing family and an amazing come back. So sorry they lost everything on the island. We can use this as an example of how we as human beings can endure and take care of each other. Families take care of families.

As a long time fan of your channel I just have to say that Kara needs to stop trying to talk with foreign accents. It is very rude and cringe. Going to another country or visiting any other culture and mocking the way they speak is rude and offensive. Enough.
Great to see you guys spent time with Dior and family aboard their boat ! Love watching Dior on her channel and her family and good to see your supporting the Sheen family after they lost their Tongan family home and resort in the Tongan tsunami !! 🤘🏽 You Guys Rock - More Australian Content please 🤘🏽🐨🇦🇺 Love you guys You Rockers

It was absolutely epic to watch you with the humpback whales! They are so peaceful and intelligent. Just so gentle and sweet. What a wonderful video! Keep up the good work!
After a long day yesterday I got into bed and was singing “It’s Kara and Nate time! It’s Kara and Nate time!” The best part about my night routine! Even more when it’s Saturday! They never disappoint!
I can’t explain how much I love watching you guys. I’ve lost so much in the last eighteen months, but watching you has helped take my mind off of it however briefly. Thank you!
You guys are so cute, honest & real. I just rewatched a bunch of videos and they are even more enjoyable the 2nd time. Lol Nate was so sweet when he thanked the viewers on the train. Your passion for adventure is wonderful for this almost 63 year old that just got my first passport and is hoping to use it soon. Thanks for the great videos. You never disappoint.
i remember the episode with the wynns, nicky and jason, were they visited the Sheens encampment a couple years ago, i'm sad to hear about their loss, but glad to hear they are doing well...great family....Thanks Kara and Nate for this
I remember seeing Gone with the Wynns showed us the beautiful home where these people lived, it was magical. Too learn it was totally destroyed is so awful. I hope they rebuild one day.

Thanks for your incredible episode. So glad you guys are living life to the fullest!!! Xx
Please stop with the accents 😂
As a long time fan of your channel I just have to say that Kara needs to stop trying to talk with foreign accents. It is very rude and cringe. Going to another country or visiting any other culture and mocking the way they speak is rude and offensive. Enough.
Let me guess you're Gen Z A professional offense taker who projects their feelings on others that do Not have the same feelings
Jen Brooks AND Kara and Nate posted this morning and I’m HAPPPPPY
I’ve followed you for years! So happy you got to experience our beautiful Kingdom of Tonga 🇹🇴 I’m soooo proud to be Tongan!
MOREEEE❤ pls do swimming with more whales
You two live the life that 99.9% of us can only dream of. Thanks for showing us our amazing world.
I went whale watching for the first time last year (Nova Scotia) and even seeing them from a BOAT, I cried like a baby. It was just such an incredible experience to be around those majestic creatures
I’m overwhelmed with emotions watching the first 15 seconds. How beautiful 🥺🥹
this and the swimming with orcas video has to be my favourite videos from kara and nate omg
As a newly married couple(30 but Covid delays) you two are extremely inspiring. Been a follower for years but keep doing what you’re doing please! It’s always refreshing to see another side of the beautiful planet ❤
Oh man. I love the life you two live and your parents are so lucky to join. My spouse and I were a military fam for 20 years. Last five we became parents through adoption. But I love our life and love watching you showing me the world. Thank you.
It was absolutely epic to watch you with the humpback whales! They are so peaceful and intelligent. Just so gentle and sweet. What a wonderful video! Keep up the good work!
Thank you. This was so breathtaking. That mama and baby were everything. Just thank you for that experience, even if just on my TV.
I LOVE that Nate’s parents are willing to join in the adventure. Makes it feel more “doable” for me. I really do love you guys!!!
So beautiful..thank you. What an amazing experience.
Oh my gosh, when you show that whale, it brought tears to my eyes. ❤❤❤
This was probably the most beautiful video. I had tears in my eyes watching how close you were able to be. Thank you. 💕💕✌️✌️👏👏
After a long day yesterday I got into bed and was singing “It’s Kara and Nate time! It’s Kara and Nate time!” The best part about my night routine! Even more when it’s Saturday! They never disappoint!
The beauty of this video along with your Orca video reduced me to tears. Thank you for showing what is available to experience whales! ❤️
Me too. ❤❤❤ 🐋 🐳
I can’t explain how much I love watching you guys. I’ve lost so much in the last eighteen months, but watching you has helped take my mind off of it however briefly. Thank you!
Your videos make me smile all the time but this one hit differently. The excitement in both of you was felt.
I'm getting goosebumps watching this. I can only imagine what it's like in real life!
This is now my favourite video of all time. I would love to swim with those beautiful creatures
I haven’t been a fan for long and I already love your videos and they make me happy and I just can’t compare them to anything else
i remember the episode with the wynns, nicky and jason, were they visited the Sheens encampment a couple years ago, i'm sad to hear about their loss, but glad to hear they are doing well...great family....Thanks Kara and Nate for this
I remember seeing Gone with the Wynns showed us the beautiful home where these people lived, it was magical. Too learn it was totally destroyed is so awful. I hope they rebuild one day.
Gotta love that Kara and Nate are making sure to share this with Nates' parents🫶❤️
I was absolutely amazed at how large and graceful whales are - and i was just on a boat! I can’t imagine swimming with them!
Some of the luckiest people on earth! Love it.
Amazing!! Great footage!!
