Diplomacy is one hell of a war winner. Makes me wonder what if games designed for this like Foxhole would play smarter and cooler if the battle was taken to 3 teams instead of 2.
Back in the day, Dark Age of Camelot had 3 factions for exactly this reason. It also help the balance, as the weaker factions can ally against the stronger, and you shouldn't have situation like in WoW, where multiple servers are 90% single faction.

You made a video on Garry, I downloaded the bluprint and even from the small time I used it I was amazed how well it was built.
