- Main Ingredient: Country Ribs seasoning to taste , 4 garlic cloves, 4 Bay Leaves, Oil of choice . Cook for 20- 30 minutes. (Beef ) Stir fry with onion, and green onion seasoning to taste . Simmer to taste for 20 minutes , serve over rice

Pork is a lovely meat and should not be overcooked. If you over cook it, you lose a bunch of flavor and the unique texture is ruined. Reduce the cooking time dramatically if you'd like a juicy, moist, tasty pork rib. Pork can be eaten medium rare if you'd like, so don't be scared of it...
Any one that cooks on a glass top with an iron skillet does not belong in the kitchen smh
