We never charge if the gutters are clean. Sometimes, even I'd they are not. One time I was at a house and a little old lady from next door wanted a price for gutters. When I was done, I gave her a price but couldn't do them right away because a thunderstorm was minutes away. She was really worried about a clogged gutter right over her entry way. Low and maybe 6 feet long. I grabbed my step ladder and cleared it really quick and wouldn't take money from her. Only took me a minute or two. She called and had us come back out for gutters and windows. I didn't do that to get a sale but I did get a sale because I did that.
No I would not have charge on that job either. Glad to see some people still have ethics that's what makes the business you have great. Thanks for the video and your thoughts on the brushes
Good video! We noticed the same thing when we moved too nylon bristles. I think the hybrid has better cleaning power. If you add the over the top rinse bar, I think it will resolve the issue?🤔🤔 maybe
I was wondering listening to you guys, were you considering using van instead of a truck? Looking at videos from US it's extremely rare to see any van on them. Does open truck have advantages that regular van wouldn't have?
LOVE the videos! I just bing watched them for 3 hours! I just started a little window cleaning business in Salt Lake City. I am wondering if you can make a video about screen cleaning, and maybe getting into any window sealants you may or may not use. Also really liked the video on Housecall Pro. Love the business help.
For detailing I use either fish scale towel , which is just microfiber and for like cleaning frames I use just Terry clothes. They are kind of like cotton shop towels.
I use bath mats for the storms. That way any water that might drip gets stopped with the fabric plus the rubber backing reducing the chances of the windows slipping.
@@AttonBrown I don't have anyone to help. I'm the only window cleaning company in my city so I can't hand it off and I feel like I have to do this job because this is one of my first huge jobs and could lead to a lot more.

you guys typically charge 8 bucks a window from what I have seen, do you charge an additional 8 bucks for the inside?
