This man is really amazing. Without any stress, anxiety runs a behemoth. Enjoys life. Even facing extremely challenging problems regularly. Lot to learn from him.

What I admire about Bezos is that he is realistic about the outcome of his goals. You pick the biggest risks that you have and try to eliminate them one by one.

Thanks for uploading. Very likeable and a truely brilliant entrepreneur. His discussion on "liberty" and parcing of the declaration of independence to grandstand on the free market is an easy disingenuous way to justify his own poorly paid employees and the brutality of income inequality.
the laugh - its like uhm " it relives you of pressure ... and uhm ... a ..... wooohahahahahah " . in ancient time Ravan used to do that in the times of Ramayan.
Giving up the "liberty" that Mr. Bezos talks about is akin to having a Darwinian society based on natural selection and survival of the fittest. Not a world in which I wish to live. Very insightful point.
Aras, that "Liberty" (See Adam Smith, invisible had) has made the standard of living higher for even America's poorest individuals compared to many countries that more aggressive try to resolve "income inequality" issues.

It would be more natural to have a person ask the question, instead of cutting that and putting up text. We're here for Bezos, but we don't mind another person being in the room. Well, I don't.
Jeff, free markets don't happen to luckily work well. If not perturbed by government, fake money, leveraged banks, debt based spending, etc. then free markets figure out the right levels for things via the feedback mechanism know as, well the free market. The herd votes with its wallets whether or not to buy something. If they don't buy, prices go down and desire is reduced by producers of the thing. Problem with central control, even by computer, is it will *always* be gamed by the house.
FOR FUCK SAKE, WHERE DOES THIS MAN GET HIS REASONING ? THEY ARE VERY VERY MIND OPENING AND VERY DEEPLY THOUGHT. What he says about stress, IS PRACTICALLY THE ONLY WAY, OF NOT HAVING STRESS!! WITH NO DOUBT HIS WAY OF THINKING IS VERY MIND OPENING FOR THE GOOD AND THE MOST IMPRESSIVE, THEY ARE FUNNY TOO!!!!
From my amazon experience as a Pro Seller, I'd love to get one round in with him behind closed doors. Up for it Jeff? Let's talk about your consistent "Policies" Jeff!
The problem is the low morality of the society (buyers and sellers). Internet business depends on trust. Without trust the whole system collapses sooner or later. The society lost moral values. Lying and scamming is normal nowadays. It is okay to get an item without paying for it. God's judgment is coming very soon. Jeff Bezos lost over $7.5 billion dollars last year and this year I expect him to lose more. He left the door open to scammers and easy return policies. The buyers abused the system.
ARALSHERRI Speaking to my particular issue, you don't make policies, and then alter them without explaining your reasons. There needs to be some kind of accountability from a company of this magnitude. You either sell items in a particular category or you don't. Amazon does whatever the hell it pleases and explains to no one. The following was told to me by an Amazon executive: "We're Amazon. We can do whatever we want."
Both Jeff Bezos and his company Amazon are Evil, wicked to the core- however what third party sellers and affiliates endure , what warehouse workers in PA, AZ, TX , TN, AR etc.. go through is far more horrendous than what managers at the corporate office go through . I sympathize with those small businesses doing business and low level workers than senior engineers and managers at the corporate headquarter. Amazon is indeed Evil , Amazon is HELL.
I would spit in Beezos face if I saw him. Amazon is a "thief". If your a seller on Amazon expect them to steal your best selling item and start selling that item through FBA (Filled by Amazon) themselves.
Whenever you listen to guys like Jeff, Jobs, Gates, you find that their believes and ethics are so simple yet so damn powerful.
uh my good
you don't have any msn left behind i love them all as friends but if they are gifted by god only one needs to be loved and loved

when a person is purely a business and has a well-maintained reputation, it is the good and the person who becomes the partner
What I admire about Bezos is that he is realistic about the outcome of his goals. You pick the biggest risks that you have and try to eliminate them one by one.

looooooooooooooooooool
some literally word-for-word repeats of answers from other interviews, including laughs in the same places; something totally disturbing about that
I just came here to search for traits in psychopaths (CEO world is full of them). If you didnt know about them then you are a very perceptive person.

Their policies works in an ideal society. Having a large market does not guarantee success. Time will tell.
this comment made me laugh so hard
jjjjjjjj jefff you are super funnnnyyyyy
haha nice laugh
I hate his laugh. Very smart guy. Terrible laugh. Probably a light chuckle would work better for him.
So bad caption in this video
super intelligent guy, but this laugh makes things that he is a psyho.
this is the laugh of a crook

This company needs competition. Their pomposity and arrogance is abhorrent.
Kind of a dork
