I applaud this too - as long as they can keep some of the more substantial older structures. There are some beautiful buildings in Y-Town from back in its prime. But the dilapidated houses might has well be pulled down.

Youngstown is never coming back, until you start holding people accountable then it's just going to get worse, besides that my parents had house on Hylda avenue my father put so much hard work into it and we moved and rented out the house and it was vacant for a time, but there is ababsolutely no reason why anyone should strip everything out of it and then torch it,leave things alone these were nice homes and people just don't care

Leave things alone?? These houses are too far gone to rehab and nothing good ever happens in abandoned structures. They are dangerous and they bring down the values of adjacent occupied homes.
