I am a regular Abhijit Chavda viewer and an agnostic (not atheist). The thing you said about him being ‘neutral on aliens and hopeful about god’ felt a little incorrect because hope means the desire for a particular thing to happen. AC, me, you and everyone else of scientific temperament is almost certain of existence of extra terrestrial life (statistically speaking) and me being an agnostic, I take a neutral stance on the existence of god, a stance of uncertainty. From all of AC’s talks I’ve heard, he seems to be an agnostic too. When he says that he’s hopeful that there is a god, he means that he ‘wishes that there is a god’ (it’s his desire), because a universe with a god is a lot less intimidating that a universe without a god
Pranav probably sees a great opportunity at hitting AC to attract attention.... The court of Nanda's were having some of the finest sages who dealt with Sun Moon and Stars calculations... Science necessitates robust empirical evidence - no quantity of logic can substitute this. Even Einstein's Theory of Special Relativity had to be validated through rigorous testing. The most important aspect of this video was to clarify what "Consensus" means. It is so important to get definitions of certain terms correct before they can applied in a discussion. This is why the rest of the video became more amazing and even more informative!
A writer of Alexander's time (I have to check the name) wrote about Amatrachus ---> which was Greek of the then king of gangetic plains (Magadha) named DhanaNanda the last Nanda ruler ... and said The forces of Alexander refused to move beyond Indus after the treaty with Puru.... learning about the 200000 foot soldiers and 20000 cavalry with 5000 elephants.... of The Nanda's... The court of Nanda's were having some of the finest sages who dealt with Sun Moon and Stars calculations...
But Pranav is so baised in his science love that he is blinded by that towards the complexity reality presents.... Possibilities are king and rationale is good until it engulfs the raw intelligence.
Anyone who listened to podcast will get that he is just wishing that there is a god. But looks like instead of listening to it people are taking everything at face value and commenting 'finally someone debunked AC' etc. From the day I was recommend this channel I knew there would be more political tribalism than scientific discussion in the comments.
@@khosrowanushirwan7591 right, I like Pranav and what he is doing, but he isn’t perfect (like every other human). But still he is way better than his viewers, most of his viewers condemn ‘scientific authority’ and then flock towards a scientific authority themselves, irony.
0:11and 0:14 are my comments! Thanks for reading comments. Finally! Been waiting for this video since ages! Love it!
THere is no Dark side of the moon, there is only Far side and a near Side.
so many years,, hands down my favourite channel since then
Why? He is making mostly reaction videos if you want real science is dope video watch Anton Petrov or even PBS or something.
Abhijit chavda is conspiriest pseudo historian too . He spread lot of lies about Sanskrit and Vedas stuff
I was waiting for this video for so long.
Science is dope ❤
I am just tired of the pseudo scientific videos on RUclips. I skip one another appears. Also sheer number of people following and believing such videos and channels is really concerning. No wonder why we are so back in science and technology.
Bro you are like a light in this crowd of pseudo science content creators. Keep doing the debunk and increasing awareness against such pseudoscience content. From my level i have tried to report every such video as misinformation to RUclips. I hope some day i could donate to you...
People easily fall into conspiracy theories. Specially most of the Indians can't differentiate between hypothesis and proved theories. Religion plays hard in this country, lack of proper education will drag this nation into pit soon. It's good you report those videos. Pranav is doing absolutely amazing job here.
Thankyou so much for making this video sir . There are lot of people when they dont find any logic behind something they try to put their religion or god over there
The "atom" of Kanada is far from being an actual atom. firstly, there is no mention of size of this "atom" in the original vaisheshika sutra. because it a was mystical concept not physics
but later texts have given several inconsistent definitions of Paramāṇu:
in one definition, one paramāṇu is 1/30th of the size of the smallest speck of dust visible to naked eye. there are living beings smaller than that. there is 90 billion atoms in an E. coli bacterium
in another definition, a paramāṇu is 1/32768th size of an barley cone. barley cone is about the size of 1ml of water. there is a trillion atoms in one ml of water.
basically, none of these are even close to being the concept of atom we have today.
You should make a video with Jay Alani if every thing works out. His a paranormal investigator who debunks and investigates many of superstitions, vashikaran, black magic etc. He'll be great guest to your channel.
Excellent video as usual, Pranav, but your captions really need work! :)
"chavda" in malayalam means telling someone to die, in that case the name he has he really deserved because its like telling abhijith chavda as it translates to abhijith go die 🤣🤣

Finally, I was waiting for you to address him.
You should have a debate with Chavda about this. I hope he will stay away from pseudoscientific claims so that his actual expertise, if any, will become more valuable.
Honestly debating is waste of time Both are content creators
@@krox477 But Abhijit would dominate the debate, he's really impressively well read, he can give you reasons for any claim you'd ask him, It's just these podcasters like Ranveer whom I'd want to stfu with the dumb questions
@Prodigious147explain me the difference between rational povs and scientific debates
@Prodigious147 oh ic got it
@Prodigious147 Abhijit Chavda. has just a `BSc in physics from the college, his father used to teach. He has no idea of science or history but has a big ego and inferiority complex being the child of a physics professor and could not make anything in life. If you read the papers published by him in journal, you will always see his father as co-author and most papers are just 2-3 pages of salami slicing.
Modi not only invented electricity but he also time traveled and made the pyramid.
Alert!!Andhbhakts on the way:-)
Look who is talking...

In Ancient Apocalypse, Graham hancock really puts forward the idea that the anicient civilization was very much more advanced than the current consesus
Well lot of people know he spews psuedohistory just like your boy chavda.
Appreciate your work sir
Just keep the good work going
"changez khan was fighting for justice" - Abhijit Chavada 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
its true thats why he not invade india because he dont wanted to take revenge from india
@@GyanTvAmitthere’s no historical evidence or scientific proof to suggest that Genghis khan didn’t invade India because “it wAs dHaRmIC aNd sHiIii”
I have been waiting for this video since I discovered your channel wow
Abhijit Chavada = 🤡
How's being hopeful equate to having double standards?
Agree with the rest.
I don't know about specific claims of chavda but history isn't an exact science like natural sciences.
Concensus of historians can not hold same value as say newton's laws.
Actually the only difference is historical evidence isn't as direct and straightforward as evidence in physics. But as far as consensus is concerned. It's the same no matter which empirical field you take
@@scienceisdopeit is most definitely not the same as in STEM Science, science is based on hard facts and empirical evidence whereas Historiography needs Understanding of Mythology linguistics Genealogy Anthropology which are subjective and non empirical sciences to form a Hypothesis that have a lot of grey area and nuance unlike Hard science which does not have nuance. They fundamentally are not the same fields
@abhinav Bro, do you know what empirical means?
@@scienceisdope social science theories can only be considered as conjecture in natural sciences. Hence facts ascertained from these theories can't hold same value.
I agree about consensus, it would hold same value in respective field that it is best knowledge we have. But we assign certain importance to consensus not just on principle, but from its utility. Basically science makes aeroplane fly.
I am post modernist-ish on social issues.
18:28 I think you could give him the last one as he makes it clear it is wishful thinking on his part which makes it no more than something he wants should be true but clearly states might not be.
Sad part is people who are interviewing these kinda people are YOUNGSTERS AND EDUCATED themselves, still spreading this kinda stuff.
If you can't prove anything is false It doesn't mean it is true.
Then what it is??
At this point anyone can be a fraud for this dude
He only got personal opinions talking about evidence without about any evidence this guy hate every thing which is belong from Bharat
Abhijeet talking about rishi munni and he flip it to today generation frud gurus like sadh guru very nice scientific mind 😂😂😂😂
12:33 abhijit is perfectly right here. Rishi Kanad's philosophical idea of atomism is quantum in nature.
The definition of quantum is
"A quantum (plural: quanta) is the smallest discrete unit of a phenomenon"
You are misrepresenting his views and connecting as if he is talking of modern quantum physics
Indians discovered teleportation, quantum computing, cryonics, quantum time travel and computing several millennia ago.
I know coz it was written in the Vedas 1:35
😂😂😂😂...then who destroyed it...why indians were slave for 1200 years .
There is no idol worship in vedas..follows that too..❤
