Anybody else confused? A great resource for sword reviews and info goes dark for a year, then comes back to do this?
Wow. Impressive. Most impressive.
Somebody get Airsoftfatty on the line, hes going to want to see this!
But will it keel? 😛
enquiring mind want to know !?
yes, yes they will. you can beat someone to death with a thick walled polycarbonate blade, they are pretty strong. A lot of kendo and Hema guys play with them for events
Can we see some live combats with your lightsabers?
You should have shown the blade lit up all the way to the tip after such abuse instead you kinda held it away on purpose. I will say the blade was destroyed.
I didn't do the testing, but I know the people behind it. It's for real - I have a couple of the early prototypes at home and they are as tough as old boots.
@@SwordBuyersGuide in all fairness we should still see it lit up all the way to the tip. It still feels like a sham. Not saying you would really cheat us but I'm sure you can understand my point. The video needs to be re made without any editing. With the dishonesty these days I won't trust this video. I remember the days of Paul making these videos and he always showed us everything
@@zebfox011 Don't worry, this is just the promotional video I edited myself. I'll do a review of the prototypes later and they will also be reviewed by other neutral third parties. They took over 3 years in R&D and were not rushed to market - no smoke and mirrors. Though I am curious as to which part of the video you are referring to. Where is it that they seem to hold it away on purpose?
@@SwordBuyersGuide 1:44 - 2:01 they concentrate on the hilt and controls and not pan all the way to the tip of the plastic blade. I can't see the light except for the bottom half.
@@zebfox011 Ah, okay. I think that footage was shot before the tests, not afterwards. That part of the video was just to show how it looks when lit up and the sound it makes - nothing more and nothing less. By the way, each sword purchased at SBG is guaranteed for LIFE against breakage under normal conditions - so you can clash away until you are too old to use it and we guarantee it will NOT break no matter how hard or how often you use it.. (they are not totally indestructible - one extremely muscular firefighter friend of the designer and creator was able to break one on purpose by snapping it over his knee. But it cannot be broken or snapped in half using just your hands. Trust me, I have tried - these things are as tough as nails).
This is a blade, this is a machete.
Yes indeed
Battle ready?
companies have been making these for years it's about average for a rgb set up with a 18650 rechargeable. though A one piece hilt keeps the cost down. What sound board are they using?
Silvery coated polypropylene ?!
There is some reflective material INSIDE the tube and a mirror at the end cap which reflects the LED light back down the tube so the whole thing is quite evenly lit and bright along the entire length.
Where can I buy one I want it for baseball practice or maybe someone's head 😂
