Thank you for all your useful information! I have a question: could you take 2 types of magnesium at the same time, this is, could you take magnesium glycinate in the evening and magnesium L- Threonate in the morning for magnesium deficiency as long as you don't overdose?

I myself have magnesium deficiency. I take 2000mg of mg oxide in the morning and 2000mg of mg oxide in the morning and sometimes 500 to 1000 mg during the day if I am aching in my legs and arms.
I know that I deplete my magnesium when I do this but since 2105 I have had digestive issues that ended me up in the emergency room and was told I had ileus. The ER Dr had no clue why I would have it being I wasn't in any car accidents or have had any recent stomach surgeries. They kept me for a few days and said to get into a GI Dr asap.
Went to 3 different GI Dr's and one said I had nothing wrong with me the other said gallbladder and never got to see the other due to covid hitting.
Anyhow I hold all of my weight in my stomach, I have a and have had a lot of stress in my life. I do have hypothyroidism and type 2 diabetes but I believe all of my health problems are due to the stress in my life and the dress that I have had in my life and I'm talking major stress. I would love to get my magnesium past a 1.4 or a 1.6. This is where it is ways at when I get my blood work done with taking all of the magnesium that I take.
But I also need something for energy because I don't have that get up and go due to the depression, the pain and the constant major bloat and distention I deal with everyday.
I most of the time eat one meal a day because the blaot and distention can be so bad. Plus a lot of the time I'm not even hungry. I wish I could find a Dr that would listen to me and not think I'm over weight because I eat to much because that is the farthest from the truth.
But I am thinking about ordering the magnesium that you advertised for people who are deficient in magnesium but I was also wondering do you sell the magnesium that also gives you energy?
I also would like to know if I was to take the magnesium you sell would I still be able to take the magnesium oxide that I take to help me go to the bathroom without it depleting my magnesium that I take of yours, if that makes since.
I hope to hear back from you.
    Thank you.

I take magnesium glycinate for anxiety and it's been a godsend. I suffer from panic attacks and depression and as for myself, I also feel much less depressed. I too have had a lifelong struggle with severe stress as it is and I also carry most of any excess weight in my stomach which I think is because I had such elevated cortisol before starting my magnesium glycinate. I hope this helps.

Hey girl! Big fan. I have a question if you happen to see this comment; do you know anything about male fitness? You've been super helpful to me and after years of researching and finding no results, I was hoping I could get some advice from you! My boyfriend is in his mid 20's and can't get higher than 120lbs and typically averages from 120-109. We've tried a loooot of options, but he hasn't been able to consistently gain weight for more than 2 weeks or so. Do you have any knowledge on this by chance?
