I love how you connected multiple MV's it's really cool and i realized sooo much more . Woah I know this comment is three years old but it's little details like these that really make me love them. Every little frame is a part of an intricate story unique to BTS; the detail and care put into these just puts me in awe.

Here’s a theory about what the video means. The video is about all of their fears. For instance, Tae’s is his past, so the “Save me.” Meant save him from his past basically. And when you flip it over it’s says “I’m fine.” I think that means, he’s okay now. He’s been saved. Jimin’s fear is drowning. I think RM’s is being trapped/the future, what’s to come. Suga’s is being burned alive/a fire. Jin’s I think is an earthquake. J-Hopes is an overdose, because you can overdose on chocolate. And that was also the thing his mom left him when he was abandoned at the amusement park. So he’s also haunted by his past. And lastly Kookies, his is any of them in danger, or getting hurt. So, he’s looking at all of them. While they’re basically dying from their fears, so if you watch the extended version. You see at the end the same guy that gave them, “their fears.” And when Kookie goes past the gate, you see 6 people. Those are each of the members. They’ve been waiting for Kookie. The gate basically represents a line between life and death. Kookie passed that line, and joined his friends. They’ve all basically died from their fears. And Kookie joined them. That’s why at the end you see 7 people in black outfits. This was a child friendly version of “I Need You.” Mainly because the meaning is more hidden. In “I Need You,” J-hope actually overdoses on pills because I think he’s depressed. Jimin drowns in a bathtub. They all have their fears, but it’s more easy too see. That’s why Kookie was the only one alive for a while. They’re all haunted by their pasts, and fears. Because they’ve all done something or have had something done to them, that revolves around their fears. Hope this helped! 😁 Edit: I’ve also come to conclusion that not only is this about their fears but it’s related to Blood Sweat and Tears. Because V plays the devil in BST and they all talk about giving everything to the girl. So I think it’s about struggling trying to kind of stay alive while V being , “The Devil,” is killing them slowly. As they get closer to death. So the girl is the devil In the situation basically draining them. So since these two MV’s/songs are connected I have reason to believe that the girl is basically also killing them in this so not only from their fears, but as they’ve given everything to the girl they may be committing suicide because they’re done. As why Yoongi is smirking when the fire has come. And maybe not only is V’s scene with save me about his past, but he’s also trying to be saved from what’s going on with the girl so eventually everything he’s trying to run away from, *as well as the other members,* is just making them go crazy eventually leading them into dying from their fears probably because the girl is hurting them in that way. So maybe V not being saved, Suga being hurt to the point it burns, Jimin drowning from fear or something, RM being scared about what’s going to happen, Jin being shaken and just his mental state isn’t good, J-Hope with being reminded of his mom since the Snickers is what his mom left him before she forgot him, and Kookie is just watching this all happen, etc. That’s why so many of the moves are related to other music videos, because the Wings era was the starting point as far as I know about a girl. There’s also this thing where for jungkook, he has to face himself. All of this is also connected to magic shop, where they traded something in fir happiness. In magic shop, jungkook received a key. Perhaps to his happiness?? But his happiness is the boys. That’s why, when he sees them, there is light, becuase they are his light. They are aware of him watching them as well. There is this story (in Korea I think) where a boy must suffer underground in order to keep the city happy. That is what jungkook seems like in this mv to me. Jungkook must face his true self, that’s why in the end, they’re all in masks (confirmed) becuase the stuff they traded in was for fake love. For hope, he tried fighting his fear (slamming against the door) but it still leaks (the one snickers falling through) and his head is flooded (laying in snickers) I think for V, it was because he killed his father. My theory may be twisted but lmao let's talk, (sorry for my bad english though, I'm french) I think that Jungkook wants to succeed where Jin had failed : he wants to protect his hyungs (he keeps observing them), and particularly Taehyung. We saw Tae's phone (the same phone Tae used in Butterfly to call a hyung - maybe Jin - to ask for help) turning into sand. At the beginning, we saw how Jin tried to protect a flower (a metaphor for Tae, if you listen to The Truth Untold), but how this flower also turned into sand. Therefore, at 5:55 I think Jungkook tries to turn the sand into something else (?). Furthermore, I really like how Taehyung's and Jungkook's characters are developed in this video: Jungkook wants to help Taehyung, but doesn't want to fall in the same state he's in at 3:53 (since Tae is downstairs), how Taehyung is craving for help (he's surrounded by screens which show "save me") but is locked underground. UPDATE!!!!!!! To all the people wondering why J-Hope was lying on Snickers, you need to read the Save Me webtoon. BTS has a running storyline since 2013 and the entire Fake Love MV is a part of it. Fake Love surprisingly isn't a song about romantic love but about self-love. I'm gonna summarize it for you (yes BTS members have faced difficult times and mental health issues but this storyline created by BigHit and is entirely fiction and not the reality of their lives): So, according to the storyline, the seven BTS members are high school friends but they all have traumas from their childhood but they hide it from each other. Being with other members, they feel safe they even find a hideout place in their school where they bunk and chill. 1. Taehyung is a trouble-maker who looks up to RM and trusts him that he'll be there to protect him no matter what. 2. Jungkook shares a special bond with Suga, plays piano for JK in their hideout. 3. Jimin and J-Hope share a similar bond. They all love each other equally until one day Jin is forced by his father to leave the country. [Watch I Need U MV so you can understand the following better] + RM is from a poor family and after learning of the debt they're forced to leave the city and RM does so without telling anyone hence Tae feels abandoned. + Tae's mother died in his early childhood leaving behind his sister and abusive father, and he ends up killing his father and being jailed. He then tries to call RM but he's is unable to answer and breaks Tae's trust he calls him a liar (The Wings Short Film #5 Reflection) + J-Hope was abandoned by his mother at the carnival with a snicker. He had been living in an orphanage ever since. He gets seizures and overdoses on anti-depressants he ends up collapsing. + Suga's mother was a pianist but one day she sets the house on fire and dies, while Suga blames himself so he also sets himself on fire and dies. + Jimin is traumatized after having witnessed the murder of a young kid when he was a kid himself and his parents make him stay isolated in a hospital where he finally commits suicide drowning in a bathtub. + Jin is actually the one who tried to hide the kid at his home whose murder Jimin witnessed, but Jin's father let the murderers take away the kid and hence shares a cold relationship with his father. + RM returns and starts working at a gas station to pay debts but is ill-treated by the customers, and he finally sets himself on fire by dropping a light-up cigarette on the gas station. + JK blames himself for Suga being suspended from the school, is on his way to commit suicide, and bumps into anybody and everybody on the way even gets beat up by several men, he too jumps off a building at the end. JK is the first among other members except for Tae who finally remembers the loop and that Jin had hit him with the car (hence Jin is hiding from JK in the Fake Love MV). Here’s a theory about what the video means. The video is about all of their fears. For instance, Tae’s is his past, so the “Save me.” Meant save him from his past basically. And when you flip it over it’s says “I’m fine.” I think that means, he’s okay now. He’s been saved. Jimin’s fear is drowning. I think RM’s is being trapped/the future, what’s to come. Suga’s is being burned alive/a fire. Jin’s I think is an earthquake. J-Hopes is an overdose, because you can overdose on chocolate. And that was also the thing his mom left him when he was abandoned at the amusement park. So he’s also haunted by his past. And lastly Kookies, his is any of them in danger, or getting hurt. So, he’s looking at all of them. While they’re basically dying from their fears, so if you watch the extended version. You see at the end the same guy that gave them, “their fears.” And when Kookie goes past the gate, you see 6 people. Those are each of the members. They’ve been waiting for Kookie. The gate basically represents a line between life and death. Kookie passed that line, and joined his friends. They’ve all basically died from their fears. And Kookie joined them. That’s why at the end you see 7 people in black outfits. This was a child friendly version of “I Need You.” Mainly because the meaning is more hidden. In “I Need You,” J-hope actually overdoses on pills because I think he’s depressed. Jimin drowns in a bathtub. They all have their fears, but it’s more easy too see. That’s why Kookie was the only one alive for a while. They’re all haunted by their pasts, and fears. Because they’ve all done something or have had something done to them, that revolves around their fears.

Edit: I’ve also come to conclusion that not only is this about their fears but it’s related to Blood Sweat and Tears. Because V plays the devil in BST and they all talk about giving everything to the girl. So I think it’s about struggling trying to kind of stay alive while V being , “The Devil,” is killing them slowly. As they get closer to death. So the girl is the devil In the situation basically draining them. So since these two MV’s/songs are connected I have reason to believe that the girl is basically also killing them in this so not only from their fears, but as they’ve given everything to the girl they may be committing suicide because they’re done. As why Yoongi is smirking when the fire has come. And maybe not only is V’s scene with save me about his past, but he’s also trying to be saved from what’s going on with the girl so eventually everything he’s trying to run away from, *as well as the other members,* is just making them go crazy eventually leading them into dying from their fears probably because the girl is hurting them in that way. So maybe V not being saved, Suga being hurt to the point it burns, Jimin drowning from fear or something, RM being scared about what’s going to happen, Jin being shaken and just his mental state isn’t good, J-Hope with being reminded of his mom since the Snickers is what his mom left him before she forgot him, and Kookie is just watching this all happen, etc. That’s why so many of the moves are related to other music videos, because the Wings era was the starting point as far as I know about a girl. Then DNA and such. And at the end he as well gives in and goes with them so he can be reunited. Also, thanks for all the likes!~

There’s also this thing where for jungkook, he has to face himself. All of this is also connected to magic shop, where they traded something in fir happiness. In magic shop, jungkook received a key. Perhaps to his happiness?? But his happiness is the boys. That’s why, when he sees them, there is light, becuase they are his light. They are aware of him watching them as well. There is this story (in Korea I think) where a boy must suffer underground in order to keep the city happy. That is what jungkook seems like in this mv to me. Jungkook must face his true self, that’s why in the end, they’re all in masks (confirmed) becuase the stuff they traded in was for fake love. For hope, he tried fighting his fear (slamming against the door) but it still leaks (the one snickers falling through) and his head is flooded (laying in snickers) I think for V, it was because he killed his father. He tried contacting RM, but it failed. Therefore, the phone turning to sand and the flashing screens. RM pretty much knew that girl when he was in poverty and (i think) they couldn’t confess feelings ( I don’t really know if they admired each other, or if it was one sided love although) The flower that Jin has is the same one where he waved to this girl across the street and beckoned her to come over (with the bouquet) and she was hit by a bus. For jimin, andother one is that his room is a dance / practice room since in a mv, there was a dance room and he slammed into his dance partner too hard and the next scene is him washing off blood from his arms in the sink, the sink being almost full, perhaps that’s the cause of his depression. UPDATE!!!!!!! To all the people wondering why J-Hope was lying on Snickers, you need to read the Save Me webtoon. BTS has a running storyline since 2013 and the entire Fake Love MV is a part of it. Fake Love surprisingly isn't a song about romantic love but about self-love.
I'm gonna summarize it for you (yes BTS members have faced difficult times and mental health issues but this storyline created by BigHit and is entirely fiction and not the reality of their lives): So, according to the storyline, the seven BTS members are high school friends but they all have traumas from their childhood but they hide it from each other. Being with other members, they feel safe they even find a hideout place in their school where they bunk and chill.
1. Taehyung is a trouble-maker who looks up to RM and trusts him that he'll be there to protect him no matter what.
2. Jungkook shares a special bond with Suga, plays piano for JK in their hideout.
3. Jimin and J-Hope share a similar bond.
They all love each other equally until one day Jin is forced by his father to leave the country.

+ RM is from a poor family and after learning of the debt they're forced to leave the city and RM does so without telling anyone hence Tae feels abandoned.
+ Tae's mother died in his early childhood leaving behind his sister and abusive father, and he ends up killing his father and being jailed. He then tries to call RM but he's is unable to answer and breaks Tae's trust he calls him a liar (The Wings Short Film #5 Reflection)
+ J-Hope was abandoned by his mother at the carnival with a snicker. He had been living in an orphanage ever since. He gets seizures and overdoses on anti-depressants he ends up collapsing.
+ Suga's mother was a pianist but one day she sets the house on fire and dies, while Suga blames himself so he also sets himself on fire and dies.
+ Jimin is traumatized after having witnessed the murder of a young kid when he was a kid himself and his parents make him stay isolated in a hospital where he finally commits suicide drowning in a bathtub.
+ Jin is actually the one who tried to hide the kid at his home whose murder Jimin witnessed, but Jin's father let the murderers take away the kid and hence shares a cold relationship with his father.
+ RM returns and starts working at a gas station to pay debts but is ill-treated by the customers, and he finally sets himself on fire by dropping a light-up cigarette on the gas station.
+ JK blames himself for Suga being suspended from the school, is on his way to commit suicide, and bumps into anybody and everybody on the way even gets beat up by several men, he too jumps off a building at the end.
Jin returns and witnesses everything and wakes up on April 11th (it wasn't a dream and he realizes he has traveled back in time)
Jin then tries multiple ways to save his friends, clicks pictures, and records them to remember the loop but every time something goes wrong and they all eventually die, every time he travels back in time, it takes him months and sometimes years but it still ends up the same. He's the one who purposely hit JK with a car so he cannot commit suicide.
Meanwhile, Taehyung somehow remembers the loop every time and does something that Jin ends up failing (watch Blood Sweat & Tears MV Tae grows wings and he smirks as Jin breaks) He beats up Tae to get the evil out of him but Tae kills Jin instead and loop restarts (Blood, Sweat & Tears Japanese MV).
JK is the first among other members except for Tae who finally remembers the loop and that Jin had hit him with the car (hence Jin is hiding from JK in the Fake Love MV). He also can see how other members are trapped in their miseries since he got the key from the Magic Shop (watch Fake Love MV teaser 1) JK witnesses

- J-Hope in a room filled with disintegrated carnival rides
- Jimin with water (he tried to wash away blood in another video Love Yourself Highlight Reel)
- Suga with fire trying to burn himself; in one of the loops, Jin manages to make JK save Suga from fire and JK has tied around the same shirt around his waist that Suga had worn in that loop. watch 04:25
- RM is afraid of his inner reflection i.e. he cannot face himself. (The Wings Short Film #5 Reflection)
- Tae called RM after killing his father but he didn't respond hence the phones around him in Fake Love MV
