I used to be in a club with a 63' Musketeer. Our N number was 2334Z, so ours and yours were registered not too far apart. I LOVED that airplane. It had fighter like handling with those large ailerons, and was such a kitten on landing if you add 1.5 turns on the vernier throttle just as the bottom starts to drop out, then slowly let that off as you touch down. I usually never even felt the landing or heard the tires peep. One of our club members wiped it out. He was fine, thanks to the sturdy construction, but I sure miss that airplane. I am in a Cherokee 140 now, and while it's a descent plane, it's just not the same.
I’m…. So very close to buying this plane. Kinda torn between the Sundowner and Sierra, though. Would be nice to have the speed, but I’m not don’t sure it’s worth the extra maintenance.
Eddie Zarick oh now way! That’s awesome! We used to keep 3JM on that ramp next to Marcos hornet magnet! We might have a sublease over in bravo soon so I don’t have to drive all the way to PGD
I had to check this out because I'm actually looking at a 1963 Musketeer this Sunday. The only low-wing I've flown is a Piper Cherokee and most of my time has been spent in a Cessna 172 :) I knew I had to comment the moment I saw Billy Fucillo pop up on the screen. I knew Billy from when I lived in Central NY; he was a great guy. I also understand the heat here in FL, I'm a little north of you (near Jacksonville) and fly regularly out of KHEG.
Love your vids! Just want to get up there and fly with you. You make flying look so effortless yet I can imagine what goes into it. Looking forward to the Spicy Wings Vid! Thank you for sharing your passion with us and keep them coming whenever possible. Rock Stars of the Air!
@@7ZeroProductions Well probably never in my lifetime, but Man I love watching you all enjoy flying. Flying tends to get a bad rap. We're flying out of BOS to FLL via jetBlue on August 30th. Our usual pilgrimage to visit family in Homestead than up the Gulf Coast because we love it. Thanks for the response and as always, keep up the great Vids!
And here I thought I was cool by having a friend with a tractor lol. Anytime I need a quick ride back, it's Uber or asking a friend with just a car...you've got friends with planes to pick you up! Thanks for the fun videos, hopefully you get your plane back soon so we can enjoy some hot wings with a/c?
Caleb Suttle thanks! And airplane friends are a magical thing! The plane IS back and running magnificently! We just got back from Oshkosh, WI in it and got some good footage!
Love your videos never miss one....can next video can you explain the cost of your annual for those that love flight but cant afford an airplane thank...💪 saludos from miami

Maybe ask 310 pilot how he does 1-2 vlogs per week...and he and Jaime have full time ATC jobs.....just saying,,,you got some of us hooked and just disappeared....You really should use Ivanka more...shes the one who got 60% of your subs.....use it or lose it!.....just dont want to see yall go away.
Maddy Maddox you’re totally right! Really it was a combination or getting the IFR rating and the autopilot getting put it in the shop for two months... now the annual. Then I proposed to Ivette and we took a vacation. Thankfully I’m getting the plane back tomorrow and Ivette and I are flying to Oshkosh! So I hope we are back on track! Thanks for holding out for us!

My father used to own a 1963 Musketeer in the 70's. I loved flying in that plane. The tail number was real close to this Musketeer (N2338J).
Wow, my Musketeer was N2334Z. They were almost brothers!! Damn I miss mine.
I live the Beechcraft Musketeer and Sundowner 180! Great video!
I like the simple paint scheme on your friend’s Musketeer. It is quite attractive.
Good to see videos out of KFMY. You drove right past my Cherokee, 8856N with the red cover. She goes by "Ol Betsy". Keep it up!

Means a lot! Thanks for watching!
Great video and awesome landing at Tampa. I solve KPGD and KFMY.

@@7ZeroProductions FYI I've shared on fb to get your channel a little kick, I recommend others do the same!👍👍
Mice are adorable. As long as you're not in a hurry to get anywhere. :-)
The plane I know I will be able to afford one day versus the plane we all wish we could afford someday.

HIlarious I remember Billy's crappy commercials from his NY dealerships didn't know he owned some in FL as well.
That plane haha... so painful. I hate that I perpetuate the brand by shouting "HUGE!" every time I see it... but i cannot resist
i have to turn off his commercials everytime they come on....tired of it!!
Maddy Maddox between him and Morgan and Morgan... im done!
I love these planes
He just sold that one! She was great, he’s still undecided what his next one will be
How cool , I got my license in Punta Gorda !!

Joans Oliva thanks so much! And I’d be happy to talk about the cost of annual and ownership... it’s painful haha
It's old, but not that old. It's a 1963. Same as mine. Best year they made them. :)
It’s glorious! Once we got the bird nest out of the tail we were good to go!

The one I have was built in 1962. Serial number on it is M-128.
Mine's a youngster: M-539, registered in December 1963.
I live up in Punta Gorda!
What did the controller say when you were ready to depart? "Roger, bajiss commence"?
"Be just a couple of minutes"
Hey, I'm considering a Musketeer (for to add this to previous post) and would like to discuss them with you if possible.
Niner...? Just curious I'm a student, why aren't they using phonetic pronunciations. Tower too
Just a t-shirt or something should be a lot cooler. Just say’n.
A buyer who is small in stature, low on funds, and not in a hurry should consider a Musketeer.
