@@h2woah127would over inflating, ir reducing the resistance to inflation, constitute stretching? Would micro damage occur the same way a manual stretch would?
I hear it’s more effective with a narrow tube that forces expansion upwards. But even with a wide tube, I get about .5” longer at 10inhm so it’s possible given enough time, just pumping will make you a little longer

My low tension stretcher actually came with additional rods that you can screw on so it can act as a low tension device and a medium-high tension device which is nice.

before you get into the routines it sounds like you're talking about mixing high tension and low tension, but then don't go into that while talking about routines. does this mean that you just do both routines in the same day? bc from how you describe it in the rest of the video, someone can either go low tension or high tension, the idea of mixing them up as you say in the "brief overview" section is completely forgotten about and dropped
So when I say retention in the routines, I am talking about very low tension so a low tech extender would be good for that but an all day stretcher is going to be easier to wear discreetly for an extended period of time
In the routines, I say retention or static stretch stretches. That’s when you would be using the low tension extender or the retention kit that I sell on PMP.
Hey bd i bought your ebook bundle including the routines. I want to focus length and girth at the same time. What i didn't really understand is how i can combine the routines from the length book and the routines from the girth book. Or should i just pick one for a certain time frame and switch to the other after that time frame?

Well its stretching your D in all directions so yes it’s very possible

what about all day extenders? to be used for retention
Can you clamp with a c ring
What about the Penimaster? it seems to be like the noose extender putting too much pressure around the base of your glans..

I think I see what you mean. By wearing the ADS you can effectively replace the pulse stretches to keep the tissue stimulated

You can do both, Hink just does stretches before pumping.
