How do you get the catalog
I'm on the list for my Demon at my Hobby Shop
@@barryrae9355 They had them at the show Barry but I would say give them a call or email them.
@@calvincooley1074 Very cool Calvin!!!!!
@@THROTTLEPOWERabsolutely agree with you about that one Tim Cheers 🍺🍺🍺🇦🇺🤝🇺🇸😎👍✌
As a hardcore builder in the mid 70s, I still miss the older Revell, Monogram and AMT kits that were so much more detailed. Today I stick to the big trucks, converting them to so many different machinery.
Revell always had the best detailed kits, the parts were not "smoothed over" like MPC, the detail at times were as close as it could be.
I agrre, I love the Bog Rigs too!!
So true, they did!!
@@tedh.8356 the big thing about MPC... and JoHan... was that most of their kits were converted from promos and the body shapes were almost always very close to the real thing. Nowadays you have detail but the bodys in some cases (Revell '70 cudas and '68-'69 Chargers, AMT '71 Duster) are so far off, I have a problem with using them as anything more then donors...
Yes the carbs actually resembled real carbs.
I've built models since I was a kid and I'm still a kid when I see or put a model together and I'm so thankful that AMT is still keeping the legacy alive.Thank you sincerely T.W.
I'm right there with you T.W. and also very thankful for what AMT is doing!!!
WOW, just WOW !!!!! Are you kidding me, so many awesome subjects to choose from, it's unbelievable !!! GOD Bless, thanks Round2 !!!
I agree!!!!!
Finally the 64 Chevelle!!! Awesome 👏
So true Tom!!!!!
HELL YESSSSSS ‼️‼️
@@garyparker2969 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Great video. Between repops, aftermarket and 3d printing it really is a great time to be in the hobby. 🤟🤠👍
So very true!
Man! Of course we would love to see you show us, & flick through the 'Round 2' Catalog! Hell Yeah!! 😛
Will do!!
Thanks so much for sharing Tim! I'm really excited to get the duster and ford pickups....oh hell I like them all.
Me too!!!!!!!!
Thaks Tim, for the overview of what is new. And YES, it is a great time to be a modeler. I am reliving my young model building years with all of the reissues. Built many of these great kits 1st go around in the mid 60s thru 70s.
Very very cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm looking forward to the Ford pickups. Those models haven't seen the light of day in almost 60 years! Round2 is doing an awesome job bringing back the oldies. I had that Shelby Charger model back in the day. The box art is exactly as I remember it other than the trademarks and such. It was molded in blue with only silver decals as I remember. That was a neat color combo that I didn't even have to paint.
You and me both! And yes, the Shelby in blue with silver decals was a neat color combo!
Round 2 definitely has some great stuff just around the corner. Thanks for sharing.
Yes they do!!!!
Now that's some cool kit's for sure you got to Love Round 2 for bringing back the cool older kits . Still would Love to see the Javelin make it's way back too. I agree with you Tim It's a great time to be a modeler thanks for the look 😁
Right on Deen, so very true!! 🙂
Cool lineup. Thanks for sharing brother. 😊
I agree Charlie!
Thanks for sharing Tim. You hit the nail on the head; it’s a great time to be a modeler! 😀👍🏻
It sure is! 🙂
Thank u for the views would you please do a catalog view thank u happy thanksgiven
Sure thing Steve, I'll film it for this weekend.
Just put out the catalog video Steve.
I'm definitely going to pick up the 1960 Ford f-100, as a kid that's the truck I remembered my father always driving that truck when I was a kid so this will definitely bring back some great memories
Oh wow, very very cool to have those memorie Charles!!!!
Definitely want to get my hands on a few of those. Thanks for sharing.
Any time, glad you enjoyed the vid!
I remember so many of these kits from my childhood
Yes, me too and it's exciting!!
Some sweet kits coming out can’t wait thanks for sharing Tim
I agree Jeff!
Your right Tim, great time to be modeling. I missed the 70’s to 2000’s when all these old kits were released. I love the classic cars and trucks they’re bringing out. I’ll definitely pick up the two Fords, the demon, chevelle, Charger and especially that hardtop 68’ coronet.👍👍
Cool, those will be great kits to get!
Can't wait to get my hands on that 71 Demon 340,64 Chevelle SS,77 Dodge Warlock and others!!
I agree Tom!
Man I went broke just watching this video 😂😂. You are definitely right about being a good time to be a modeler. Thanks Tim excellent video man. Bruce in Wv.
Right on Bruce! 🙂
Some pretty cool kit from Round 2 really like the police car and Bronco and 59 ambulance thanks for sharing Tim 👍👍
Cool!!!! 👍🙂
AMT back in the 70s were the big boys on the block closely followed by MPC .....I put together a lot of models both luxury cars and muscle cars.....the old bent hanger to hold the car body while spray painting was a must.....
So very true Peter.......... Heck, I still rely on the bent hanger sometimes!
Awesome, awesome, awesome video Tim! I can’t wait for these kits to drop 💯🔥🙌🏾👀
I agree!!!!!! 👍🙂👍
Thanks Mr. Tim I will have to try and get the big 55 from Amazon when the come out. I got the big scale 57 Chevy and Vette from Monogram!!
Right on Willy!!
That Shelby Charger was a part of a series. I did the Daytona. These are all front wheel drives. The detail is amazing. These are actually very good models. I have been thinking about doing a few more. I definitely recommend it.
So very true Duane,
Love all of the re-issues coming out Tim. A few years back i restored the 64 Chevelle craftsman kit. Took a while to gather the parts. Now i can buy a new one along with the Ford pick-ups. Thanks for sharing. Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving. Enjoy your weekend.
Very cool............ Yes, we had a great Thanksgiving, hope you did too!
Yes Sir, Great time to be a model builder.. The Demon and the PURSUIT Charger is on the list for the future..🦃 HAPPY THANKSGIVING hopefully it was a good one..🙏
Right on and Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!!!
I love the tri 5's but I wish they would do a 1957 Oldsmobile
A 57 Olds would be cool!!!!!!!!
This is why I love being a modeler.
I agree!!
Those are some awesome kits coming. Thanks Tim. Ron
I agree Ron!
Awesome kits Tim wow, love the Ford pick-up..Thanks for sharing cheers
Same here Frank!
I am 75 years old and built every A MT 3 in 1 kit available when I was a kid. These kits came with many extras the could be used to kitbash other kits. And, they only cost $1.49 per kit in the 19t0s. Then again, people only earned a couple dollars an hour back then, so it’s all relevant.
So very true Michael, those were the good ol' days!!!! Man, where has the time gone??
OMG!! I want several of those kits so bad but that DEMON, I will get five of those.
I agree!!!!
I'll be buying a couple a piece of those old Ford trucks even though I have the originals I still want the new ones ❤
I'll be getting a couple each too Shawn!
I also can't wait to get my hands on the Revell/ Monogram 71 Mustang Boss 351,69 GTO and 70 Torino Cobra!!
Exactly, those will be 3 great kits to get Tom!
Thanks for sharing! Some nice kits coming out! The 57 Chrysler 300 Custom is a nice model. Builds into a nice, mild custom. I have several, on with a resin late model Hemi engine in it.
Thanks for sharing! Stay safe and healthy.
I just got out of the hospital today, recovering from Norovirus.
Yes, the '57 is a great kit..... Hope you start feeling better soon John!
@@THROTTLEPOWER Thank you! Hope the new kit includes decals for the interior, engine and engine bay.🤔
@@johnclemans7802 Yes, me too!
Thanks, having built many of these kits right here, like The Demon. I replicated Norm Spalding's Demon 340 GSS back in '71. Life took over, still have 100s still wrapped in plastic and 2xs as many finished boxed in the attic. Hope this provides some motivation to modelers like myself.
Side note, late night cruise on a three-lane interstate at about 70mph. I see these lights coming up on me pretty fast. I made sure to yield two lanes to this oncoming bullet. But no.... this kat wouldn't pass me, he pulls up next to me, speeding ahead of me, and then a little behind me. I was like, really; recognize what I'm rollin'. It's on now, I spur my stead and pull away, but not quit like I usually do. This Kat is hanging on and gaining. I stab my stead a little more, pulling away, when a bright light comes from under the hood of my competitor. His last shot was a blank as watched him pull off to service lane. Much respect to the Shelby Charger. He begged to battle against my T Type Turbo.
Very cool Alex to still have those!!!! Gotta love the Buick T Type Turbos.
Another GREAT video Tim. I'm REALLY looking forward to getting my hands on a few of the 24 releases. The Demon the Cornet and the 2 Ford truck kits for shore. Take care my friend and happy modeling. Don😎👍👍
Thank you Don and Happy Thanksgiving to you too!
Oh yeah! 68 Coronette hard top and the 71 Charger! I’ll be getting at least two each. Mopars rock!
Oh yea!!!!!!
A lot of tempting models there. I like the Ford pickups and the Warlock. Might as well get the Demon too. Thanks for sharing.
I agre Alan
Cool stuff can't wait thanks for sharing, Happy Thanksgiving
Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving to you too!
Already got the Bronco and International with Sprite decals, looking forward to the Dodge police car, the 71 Dodge, the 2 Ford pickups and the Dodge truck.
Aaaaaaa very cool David!!
Looking forward to the Ford trucks. Thanks for sharing Tim.
Me too Mike.
I want the Mach Won and the 55 Chevy. Gotta figure out how to drop the front end on the Mustang. Sits way too high! LOL! Happy Thanksgiving!
So true Frank, I was thinking the same thing on the Mustang.
It was a good showing.
I agree!
I believe the kits retailed for about $8.00 back in the day but then you had to buy the spray paint then small bottles of paint and brushes , glue etc....
Yes, those were the good ol' days Peter! Man, where has the time gone.
That Shelby Dodge!!! Wow!!! I owned a shelby dodge Lancer man those little turbos moved
So true!!!!!
All I want for Christmas is one of every model kit you have here lol
I agree!!!!!
The DEMON in priority , the Dodge 4x4, the Coronet et all the other ones too really.
I agree!!
Modeling Sweetness!
I agree!
Quite a few of the boxed kits in the background I already have, like the TBird, Cyclone and Galaxie.
I'm on the list for the Ford pickups and the Barracuda at my hobby store. The Barracuda should already be there, but it is not.
I wasn't aware of the Warlock until I went to the Detroit show, so I will need to call the store to add one to my request. Also I want to get a Demon when available.
However, when I talked with the AMT guys at that table, they said January or later for everything but the Barracuda.
Yea, you just never know when these kits are going to be on the shelves.
That's some nice upcoming releases Tim. The Demon does look nice.😊
Yes, love that Demon kit David!
Thanks Tim, great video! I’d like to get all of the prototype truck models on the table as well as demon police cruiser, altered wheelbase Chevelle! Great stuff Round 2!!! Happy Thanksgiving Tim! 🍗
I agree Richard and Happy Thanksgiving to you too!
@@THROTTLEPOWER 😎👍
I can’t wait for the 60 F100!! I also want to grab that Morton Salt truck and the 59 Cadillac ambulance.
I agree Chris!
Great video Tim👍
Thank you 🙂
Some nice stuff coming!
I agree!
all the trucks are in my eye to buy and three or four of those Mustang for sure
I agree Bigeddie!
It's cool wish they would produce some monogram kits
Monogram has some good ones.
Great to see the Coronet RT ht.... now I can build the one that got away ...
I agree Robert!
@@THROTTLEPOWER seriously... I should have kept the '68 Coronet RT and sold the wife...

@@roberthill2219 Man I hear ya on that!!!!!!!!!!
I'm definitely getting the Warlock and the 60 f 100 and the 63 f 100
Me too!!!!
Man, what about that '59 Cadillac Ambulance? I definitely want one or two of those!!!!
Yes, those are cool!!
I enjoy seeing the built proofs rather tham the warehouse presentation... ALTHOUGH i enjoy that too. but seeing the product in one peice is the CATS MEOW!!!!
I agree!!
I'll build a few Warlocks for sure! I've built the d100 5 times!
Love the Watlock kit!!
I'm 71 an I loved all the old models from AMT, MPC, JO HAN an others , they were easy to put together, an cheap. But times changed an models like everything else got more an more expensive an more detailed with more realistic suspension an chassis. They done away with the metal axels, I just lost interest an my patience is not the same as it was back then. But I saw one they were coming out with I really want is the Black Beauty from the Green Hornet 60s TV show. I bought the 1/35 scale here awhile back an it was fun to put together.
So true Michael they have. Yes, the Black Beauty will be a GREAT kit to get!!!!
I still have my 86 Dodge Shelby Charger and 69 Plymouth Barracuda 383 builds from 30 plus years ago....
Oh wow, very cool Tom!!!!!!!!!!
wow good stuff gotta have to get the demon got the original 1/16 55 chev want to build a gasser as well just cant find parts scooter d ps happy holidays
I agree Scooter and Happy Thanksgiving to you too!
Wonder if AMT will bring back the Fiber-Fab GT 12 Avenger, a model of the GT 40 replica kit, i have an original, and wouldn't mind having another.
I don't know, they might.
waiting for 69 74 impalas next yr hopefully....
My fingers are crossed for those!
We've all been wanting the demon. The 60 Ford truck is cool. I like the warlock but you can make one from the lil red with wood strips. I had an 88 Daytona turbo 5 speed and that was a fun car
So true!
I'm still waiting for the 1967/68 Ford Mustang Coupe (notchback). Everything in those years are fastbacks.
Yes, the notchback would be nice to have.
I love reissue's i am a builder not a collector. Save money that way😊
I agree John!
Any help in finding a 1958 Chevy, been looking for many years ??
Love you coverage...Thank you 👍🤠
AMT and Revell make a '58 Impala.... Both kits have been reissued several time and should be fairly easy to find. Glad you enjoy the vids!! 👍🙂
Where have you been looking to buy one?
@@THROTTLEPOWER box stores & hobby lobby...
@@keonikaig9247 Hobby Lobby only carries a very small % of the car kits. I know Model Roundup has the AMT version. Model Roundup is a mail order (on line) store that is good. Also do you have a Hobby Shop near by? The last time I was at my local Hobby Shop they had a '58 Impala too.
@@THROTTLEPOWER Thank you 4 the info...I will follow up on your advice....thx again 👍🤠
i do have 3 of the 1960 ford kits on order from model roundup
Very cool!!!!
I was just wondering about the 71 charger is it an old MPC kit or is it the Dodge Charger that has been out in the last 20 years
Not sure Scott.
Definitely like the trailers
mine wasn't a Shelby but a Daytona
Like the campers
Demons till I run out money
Man I miss mine
I agree Butch, those campers and Demons are nice.
I'll bet the Dodge Power wagon will be coming soon too
I think so too
They are re-releasing the 1960 Ford Styleside Pick-up and the 1963 Ford Uni-Body Styleside Pick-up for the 1st time since they were issued in the 1960's. Never in the 70's-80's-90's-'00's-'10's were those kits released to the Hobbyists
So very true!
My son had a Daytona with a 4 cyl Turbo charger an it was fast, he'd punch it an it would sit you back in your street. The person that had before him put a performance chip in it an it worked just fine. He wishes he had it back.
Oh wow, very cool Michael!!!!!!!! Heck yea, that would be a good one to have back. Those were fast cars for a 4 cyl even without a chip.
Happy Thanksgiving my friend.
Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving to you too!!
Would like to get my hands on that demon looks like a cool build
I think it's going to be a cool build too Bobby!!!!!!
I would love to see the original ertal international transtar 4200 conventional without a sleeper come back out

wonder if they leared their lesson on $ for the old ghostbuster's kit
Yea, I don't know.
After hounding Chad at round2 for years they finally brought the Demon out
Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
im wondering why r2 didn't use the 72 duster ertl issue chassis on the Demon....
True
Some 71 Dodge Chargers and Demons and also the 68 Coronets
Now I don’t have to convert my convertible 68 coronet into a hardtop
Also gotta get a couple 70 challengers and 69 barracudas too
I agree!
I’m looking forward to the Charger police car, I’ve already have ideas for them👍
You and me both!
I have two of those MPC Shelby Chargers on preorder.
Very cool!!!!!!!
Thank You
@@saltields7649 🙂👍
Still looking for the 60 and 63 F100s that were supposed to come out with the Demon in 23 and are now being touted for the 24 lineup. The Demon, from what I've seen in other videos earlier this year, is a repop of the MPC annual. The chassis is not very good. You can definitely use an AMT 71 Duster chassis and engine that came out in the early 90s for much better detail. Maybe the interior too.
Ok, I understand
Looking forward to the Dodge demon
Me too!!
Be nice to see some new jeeps. JK’s, JL’s and gladiators. And the new mustang mach1.
I agree!
I NEED A CASE o Those 64 Chevelle Malibu SS Kits ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Same here Gary!!!!

Im shocked the tools still exist for some of these 60-70’s original issues. I hope they’re marked so they’re not passed off as original
I agree!
Sorry I missed you this year I just didn't have money to go this year
I was looking for you Steve.
The Ford trucks for sure. The Charger police pkg. Is peaking my interest. Kentucky State Police.
I agree!!
when am i gonna see the sprite international avaailable for sale
Should be any day now John.
I hope they will reissue the MPC 1969 Coronet R/T. That's the kit I'm waiting for. According to Scalemates it hasn't been issued since 1969, so basically no reissues ever. I've seen a few of these on ebay, but for ridiculous amounts of money, even kits that aren't complete or built glue bombs.
So very true, that would be a good seller!!!
I remember in the early 70's I had a '69 Coronet kit that I built and it was a drag car, so they could do both versions, stock and drag.
@@THROTTLEPOWERYes, Both the stock and the drag version were released in 1969, I believe. It's weird that they've never been reissued.
