    @ 3:48 Holy Shit , I've never thought of using a bench vice and an electric drill to straighten wire before , that's a brilliant idea !

    excellent video... I made one but using a microwave transformer with 4 turns of 4 mm cable and the gun with a 2 meter long bicycle rod... on the gun I installed an LED and on the same tin soldering gun I installed a single micro switch with two relays in the microwave transformer to turn it on and off... the amperage generated by the microwave transformers is an amperage animal. 🤓

    This is extremely informative for me, but I would like to point out that it may have been a good idea to put a non conductive spacer between the two copper connectors.

    thank u so much at first ... but i have question can we use transformer of adaptors which
    convert from 220v ac to 6-12 v dc like that is used for electrical muscle stimulation devices or like that is used for router devices..... and how many wires must be used for it .... thanks again and i hope to answer me

    *I'build one this summer and I"don't know if the problem was the size of the core or anything but the damn thing struggled to melt even plastic!*
    _I'think the problem was the number of windings._

      just a clamp to hold the wires secure, and a drill with a concave connector.

    Wowow! He modified the transformer to obtain high current at a low voltage.From where do you get these awesome ideas?

    • @moki2093
      @moki2093 6 лет назад

      Manpreet Singh a transformer's power output depends on the secondary. Small gauge but large turns would mean max voltages but average amps of around 1-4(depending on output circuit), but high gauge low turns mean that electrons in secondary move slower but have more current. Look it up. Q.E : smaller gauges but more turns can either mean more ouput or less

    • @real4487
      @real4487 6 лет назад

      Yeah because more area of cross section means more current
