I've actually had cupping done to me. I used to see an acupuncturist weekly due to a back injury. I do remember is what it felt like. It was not a pleasant or relaxing experience. I have very white skin and bruise easily so I looked I had been attacked by a giant squid or octopus. I also don't remember what it was supposed to help so I can't even tell you if it worked. Never did it again though so I must not have thought it did.
Idk the name of the medical condition but it's just basically excess sweat so Alan Carr should consult his doctor because he might be able to get injection that will lower the amount of sweat I know there's other things they can do too but I can't remember exactly I just watched a video of someone talking about the condition.
The 'cupping' the first guy was talking about is a "therapy" where empty glass bowls are placed on your body. The 'cupping' the second guy was hinting at was something you might do to a guy with your hand. 😏
Disappointing he falls for that cupping nonsense. At the gym when I see someone with dark purple circles all over their back, I know Ive spotted a real live idiot in the wild.
I'm not a fan (the circles make me wince when I see them on someone..), and I doubt there's any scientific proof that it works.. but at least it's not a fad that was invented by Goop, but an ancient technique practised in many traditional cultures in Asia and South America..
Sometimes people may try something just cause they are bored or they are doing it with a friend, not necessarily because they believe an unscientific procedure will work.
Grahams perfect response to the cupping question🤣
Laughed out loud at tonight's episode. Also, singer performance was fantastic.
I love Alan Carr I miss him on Channel 4 as the chatty man.
On an unrelated note, cupping is actually meant to be really good for you!
(The type Alan was talking about anyway 😅)
Either way...👌
What did Graham mean when he was asked about cupping?
His ouija board story killed me 😂😂😂😂
that title lends itself to a number of very imaginative thoughts lol
Harold bishop in neighbours .. 😂😂😂

I love cupping. It breaks up lactic acid thats gluing your muscles together.

Jacob Anderson from Interview With The Vampire and GOT
He's also a musician, goes by Raleigh Ritchie
Just love his show
Who is the guy next to him? He looks handsome.
Jacob Anderson.
He’s great in Interview with a Vampire as Louis.

@@LindaC616remade it, as a tv series, it’s on BBC iPlayer, pretty good. Follows the books a lot more than the film.

Not when done correctly and by an expert. It is quite relaxing because the suction action of the cup.

@@Tao_Tology OMG, I've never heard that expression before. Do you mean touching his Big Ben?
@@Liamte Hah.
More like 'cradling the bells' 😄
@@Tao_Tology Hahaha I see...
TMI... just sayin' is all.
Cupping probably detoxifies and adds with the circulation hence the sweating. Could also be male menopause 😂
I seriously doubt it does 'detoxify' anything, since those functions are carried out by your kidneys, lungs and liver.
Rant boys
Cupping is medieval quackery! 😅
Thanks.
Has Alan been testes for Diabetes. Could account for all the sweating. Just a thought.
Also thyroid problems causes sweating.
Probably just the menopause.
Yeah it could be hormonal or just an overactive nervous system
@@Tao_Tology ...andropause.There's a bloke in there somewhere. Bless him.
He could be a heavy drinker, I used to sweat alot before I cut down haha.
Who else is living in the never ending loop of The Graham Norton show 👀
