Trent and Chris Vrenna were living at a house where a gruesome murder was committed and where the front door had "PIGS" literally written all over it, meanwhile pizza delivery boy here thinks this song (which fits into the larger narrative of Downward Spiral) is about him specifically, when Trent didn't really seem to be affected by his departure.
The production really starts to stretch it's legs here, not to mention this easily my favorite live interpretation and arrangement of Piggy. (Ignoring Josh Freese's monster of a drum solo)
