I feel like if this game feels boring and repetitive it's kind of the point, it makes you want to give up because it's boring and repetitive and you don't know how much longer it will go on just like the feeling of depression and being suicidal Its interesting and oddly motivating I like the idea!
i think its honestly really interesting, because it shows us just how sayori perceives the things she does and the world around her. to her, everything is just one step after another, after another, after another. its monotonus, its dull, its tiresome, and every day the voice in the back of your mind telling you to give in just gets stronger and stronger, louder and louder. until it becomes deafaning.....until it becomes overwhelming, until you cannot ignore it.. and the fact that this is all happening from the moment we open the game.. that is absolutly terrifying.
Interesting fact that might not be evident from the video: as the cycle goes on, you start having to click multiple times to get through each step, so it even becomes physically harder to progress over time.
This is such an excellent example of minimal storytelling. There's no dialog, action, or visible characters, but it still shows Sayori's constant struggle (that never ends) of just trying to make it, not through the entire day, but just simply through what's right in front of her.
An intentionally boring and empty mod, but the message is strong: it strikes on the repetitive routine of life doing the same things over and over again (it has partially reminded me of Wax Puddle Mod, even if it was a completely different mod and a different story) and also focuses on loneliness and the concept of never give up... ... And we should do the same, we need to push that "don't give up" button a countless amount of times for the rest of our lives, otherwise would be game over with a guaranteed bad ending. Everyone is typing 7 paragraph long comments SO I love this mod. It shows sayori’s POV and what she is going through. I think it captures her struggle very well, and how she so badly wants to gjve up. But she is pushing through. It’s such a simple mod, but it captivates so much. Amazing.
I.... Wow. That was amazing. Never having suffered from depression, I hope I'm not saying anything wrong, but from recounts I've heard everything feels so pointless. Every single action feels like a massive burden. Everyday it just gets harder, and harder, and harder. You just start to wonder what is the fucking point. And I don't think I've ever seen that feeling encapsulated better in a mod than this. There's mods that handle these topics beautifully, yes, but never have I seen one that makes you, the player, feel as desperate as this. Make you go trough that feeling, not just the character. Amazing work, and beautiful message. If anyone reading this is in a spot like this, I hope from the bottom of my heart that you can pick yourself off the ground and live your best life. There's always someone that cares. Even it it's someone that you don't even know.
Yes, that's about it. No energy waking up, no clue on what/why you're doing, interactions hurt, people don't believe you (and don't believe in you), you stop trusting others' opinions, school grades drop, your body wears off, looks like the end of the story. But everyone lives it differently, so I dunno what others experienced. That was my POV. I never gave up, and now I'm not depressed anymore. I don't even know how I beat depression. But I did, and so anyone else can.

Not that anyone cares but this just comes up at an oddly good timing where I feel I have a horrible identity crisis and cant master any art whatsoever.. meaning no income, no positive attention or anything to help pass time/forget as if everything I touch turns to dust I feel stripped of my manhood all of a sudden I'd go on a rampage if I was stupid and I'd kill myself if I wasn't so proud, stuck in between im crushed by something I cant see and all so suddenly too.. I wonder if anyone else ever felt this way Now obviously this isn't the place or time but I've finally found the words to Express what I'm going through and see no other venue to vent this issue at the moment so I'm sorry if I'm being weird as I'm sure theres probably just kids lurking here and I dont want scare or confuse anyone, I'd just be thankful for anyone to talk to right now

Whether this mod is one the author wants to take down for personal reasons, or simply got bored of modding and decided to make more room on wherever he was originally hosting it I don't know.
