Initially
I kind of assumed its like a, Sayori aftermath type-a-story, but then way later down the line it hit me that the story presented by the mod isn't in chronological order
So what i gather from this
Our Protagonist of the story got someone killed in an accident, she went to a hospital and failed to make it as it implies
Then came coping phase
That's where he smashes his hands on the mirror and checks the box in the closet
Finished with the journey to the temple and dialogue with, lets call him monk
And then came the end at the rooftop, ending with application to the club mentioned at the list which may or may not be the Literature club
Frankly
I'd comment on the dialogue choices made by you Anne, but then i thought, i don't know you all that well
I'm not sure how honest or dishonest were the choices you took
Maybe they were all honest
Maybe they weren't, just random picks albeit i doubt from the delay in answering some of them
Anyway, point is
Its not really my right or within my buisness to judge those, analyse those
I think that's all

If I understand meaning of this mod correctly, then it's supposed to be prequel to Fleeting Feelings. Then I want to add something to your story: 1) Mc here is obviously Yuri 2) In F. F Yuri tells you that there was someone, who caused an accident, in which someone died. But guilty one died too. 3) Later in the same scene, she tells you that she is a ghost too. Basically telling that she is a cause of an accident.
