sickness overall , such a traditional brand and product . great sound . the work space is looking solid and that was some quick shifting you did . happy summer
Thanks man! I only do it when I know I’ll be spending a lot of time under the car. Someone on one of my older videos commentednted saying she found her husband pinned under the car when she got home. I still can’t seem to shake off that fear so it’s better to be safe.
@@DJJASProductions thank you! I had just the stock exhaust before this. My top choice was the Fujitsubo Legalis R but it was a bit out of my price range.
Great video. I just ordered this for my AP1. You sealed it for me towards the end! Just a little advice: You may want to blur out your speedometer. It doesn't add to the video and it only exposes you to Karens.
How is the decel resonance on this? I have an HKS dual and it’s so loud on decel it vibrates my brain. Looking to get rid of that. Drone is pretty livable?
It got a little louder as I predicted. The drone is there but it’s definitely livable. I looked at the HKS too but reading about how loud it was deterred me from getting it. Still happy with my choice.
Yeah, I had to use different exhaust hangers. It took a while to adjust and it’s not perfect but it looks better than how it was right after installing amzn.to/3TLFJRg
@@ronfromportlandtwo more questions. Would you have chosen the Fujitsubo exhaust over this one? If so why? I quite like the exhaust note on the revel! Did you ever get the exhaust pipes to hang evenly?
@@frorider007 yes, only because it seems quieter than the Revel. I can’t confirm though since I haven’t heard it in person. Fujitsubo was always my first choice. The price difference between the two was pretty significant. The exhaust tips are pretty even now. I had to use some aftermarket exhaust hangers in addition to the OEM hangers to get them even. Took a few hours but it was worth it. amzn.to/3S2mbXf
@@ronfromportland Hey bud, I purchased a Revel Medallion exhaust for my Lexus GS350 (I know it's a different cat, different engine). I haven't driven it much yet, but I've noticed that at low RPMs (under 2200) there is some annoying drone. Did you ever experience that? Did the sound change in any way after the so called break in period ?
Bro i literally have the same issue as you, installed mine like 1 week ago, my left muffler is still sitting lower than my right even after buying a shorter aftermarket exhaust hanger, what did you do to fix it?
I had to replace all hangers and spent a lot of time re-adjusting. So far it’s good enough. It still shifts a little when it gets hot but it goes back into place.
nice! I love this exhaust as well I was going to buy a greddy for my s2k but someone put a tanabe medallion on offersup for almost half the price of a brand new one and barely used so I went bought them and they were perfect!🥰🤍
Sounds great!!! Love that it’s not overly loud in the car top up or down.
Thanks! This is exactly the sound I was going for!

Damn it sounds good as hell! And that cold start was on point too!
Looks nice and it's not obnoxious sounding.
Thanks man. This is what I was going for!
The only video to actually do some drive by type videos of the exhaust. Hood to hear it woth the engine warmed up too. Nice job 👍🏻
Thanks a bunch! 🙏
Awesome video as always!
Thanks man!
Very smart for using jack stands as a fail safe!

Sounds great! What exhaust did you have before? Considering this one, LHT, or the Ballade dual.

@@ronfromportland Gotcha! Was there any others were you even looking into?
@@DJJASProductions aside from the Fujitsubo, I also looked at HKS and Skunk2 but they seemed too loud for my preference.

Thanks man, you’ll love it! Yeah, I always worry about the speedometer being exposed. Luckily I didn’t go over 40 😃
Lol 😂😂 you had me crying when you spotted that cop😂!

Did you ever find a way to get your tips even.?
I have the same problem with my 2005 s2000
I got them to where they’re “good enough”. I spent a bunch of time adjusting them using these a.co/d/eh2XTOv
Thank you!
Were you able to adjust the tips? If so, how?
Yeah, I had to use different exhaust hangers. It took a while to adjust and it’s not perfect but it looks better than how it was right after installing amzn.to/3TLFJRg
What mods other than this exhaust did you make to your car?
I'm in the same boat want something slightly louder than oem.
Completely stock. I don’t remember if I did the intake mod with the K&N filter in this video but it didn’t really impact the sound.

That looks to be in NC. I’m all the way in Portland, OR 😅
