bro, got my jetta rollin again, the only gears i had were park, reverse and third with hard shifts from park and drive. thank you so much for shownin me how to do this and how easy it truely is.
I would have to say the best part about the video is that bad ass beard bro. What I took home from the video, " it is true what they say, it will get worse before it get's better" good to know as that would scare the hell out of anyone that put's something new in not knowing that it has to learn before it soon shifts smoothly again.
Did you have to reprogram anything on that valve body? I remember some other video where a guy mentioned that you have to reprogram it with VAG-COM in order for the transmission to shift smooth? Also did you buy this valve body new? Thank you in advance!
The volume of that horrible loud noise (Unneccesary AND obnoxious) is way overboard. I had to turn it way down to hear your soft spoken comentary. Otherwise a well done Video.
I agree 100%..rediculous..NOBODY doing this kind of work wants to listen to that..I have no clue were he would get the idea people would want to hear that..he has to be trying to annoy people purposefully..after 30sec he gets the money for the video wether you listen to the rest of not..so who cares if it annoys us right??

Did you torque the mounting bolts to spec? If so what specs? I can’t find the torque specs for the valve body anywhere
What size bolts hold the filter in? Also is Dexron VI compatible?
I have a 2007 jetta 2.5, can I replace the valve body from a 2009 or 2010 jetta 2.5?
