Sir, as you discussed about pwbd candidates.. total vaccancies were 22 for pwbd and shortlisted for the interview were only 28 which is not even twice of the number of vaccancies..it is not like there are no candidates available in this category..I am from the same category and scored 140 marks in mains..the cutoff was 148.. Rbi has a pre set cutoff for pwbd it seems because of which they don't shortlist category candidates in the same ratio in which general candidates are shortlisted.. This year they have marked the remaining vaccancies as backlog and they will do the same injustice and next year these vaccancies will be counted in general
How is the cutoff same for OBCs for some years. If they score higher than general cutoff, then they are considered as qualified as general na ? So in the final merit list, there should x number of OBCs ( considering x vacancies for OBCs) who should qualify even by scoring below general cutoff. If they have scored above general cutoff, then what's the reason of alloting them a reserved seat ?

Before exam no one can predict cutoff, its wastage of time to think about it. It depends on difficulty level of the exam, number of applicants and serious candidates.

Yes some people are are probably doing it but ews people are very less ..very less people ends up getting a cirtificate because of all the hassle.... The reservation in RBI is like not there in first 2 phases ..you won't even make it till interview..your cut off is same as general. .. only if you performed well then you will get benifit in interview stage because there are very less people making it to that stage and compitition in interview stage is least from all stages ..they literally call people same as seats available... whereas other categories gets reservation in every stage ...but yes there should be strict punishment for people making it Illegally...if that officer is making it Illegally by getting bribe .. it's worse ...same in other categories too ...Creamy layer non creamy layer !!! EWS is anyways reserved for upper caste that too for a 'particular caste'. Person earning Rs 8 lakh in savarna caste is poor? The real income cut-off should be really low like Rs 3-4 lakhs/ annum. Its not available for poor people of all the categories. So anyways only the rich people from upper caste are availng ews, what's the fuss about the cut-off being equal to UR?

Calling only few ppl for interview is injustice cas even those who didn't perform well in Phase 2 might do well in interview and get recruited! For some ppl that one opportunity is the last one! RBISB must be careful in this regard.

They won’t inform, has NABARD informed that they stopped recruiting Grade B recruitment? Has SEBI mentioned that they will recruit in alternate year? But it’s for sure that they won’t stop recruitment, they will recruit Grade A or Grade A or both. So don’t go with herd, be smart and continue preparing for all competitive exams. Let people waste their time.

Sir, general category is open to all the candidates of different reserved categories but it is not vis- versa. Also, general category population is only 15%. And they have 50% seats in all for them. On the other hand, population of all other categories is 85%. And they have total reservation of 50%. So there is no injustice to general category candidates. Instead they are enjoying more % of reservation than their population.

Every year competition and difficulty are different, there is max 5 marks difference between 1000th and 3000th candidates marks.
Injustice is done with category students by giving them less marks in interview, talk about that as well.
