Not only psychological...if someone score or attempt only 3 marks in let say quant...how one will analyse that next shift will be easy or difficult and his marks will increase or decrease...NORMALISATION IS A STATISTICAL GIMMICK...it's always unjust...numerous factors are never considered

Lack of transparency and accountability is hurting. No question paper given, no answer sheet provided. 2 shifts for meagre 75k people applied this time. Concept of normalization is in fact injustice to both the shifts candidates except for people who cleared phase1 from whatever shift it is. Let there be level playing field by having only one shift. There are various external factors impacting selection. Normalization is worst of all.
Every aspirants and teachers should protest about this type of lack of transparency about exams... Ibps should be sued in the court... Dete rho exam...aise rules or normalisation se kuch nahi milega.
Sir on behalf of students please file a case against the IBPS...and ask them 1. Why they have not taken the exam in one shift? 2. In the RTI reply they mentioned that IBPS doesnt provide the question paper...ask RBI whether exam taking organization body is RBI or IBPS. IBPS is a third party. Hence if RBI asks IBPS for the question paper then IBPS must have to provide questions along with answers marked...otherwise IBPS if saying we cant provide then how they have check the answers if they dont have question paper. As per the RTI rules if anyone asks for the documents and the documents already exist there without any new creation then they must have to provide...but IBPS is declining all the time. 2.Ask them if student from shift 1 is not able to answer any questions but he/she was able to answer all questions in shift 2...then what is the mistake of candidate...whether they want real hardworker candidates selections or of those who get the marks on luck based i.e.depending on the shift
Even this seems to be an incorrect description by IBPS. I scored 1.25 in quant after attempting 4 questions. Now, imagine if all 4 were wrong( my actual score would be -1) And after normalisation it should be somewhat in the range of 2-3. ( I can share my score card if sir demands so) Double shift and lack of transparency is the actual culprit.
There has to be a constant effort against this dictatorial system ki aap jo kahenge hum wo maan le, what proof do we have that IBPS has followed this norm and what about normalisation in shift 2. IBPS Should reconsider its decision of taking exam in shifts from 2025 & onwards.
Overall score 77 cut-off was 67.25 but failed in GA cutoff..got only 15 marks ..after attempting 50 questions and around 30+ questions are right.....1st shift😅
Its an unfair to aspirants. Itna unfair process hai iss exam ka. Na question paper dete hai or normalisation ka tarika behad behuda sa .. IBPS hamre life se khel rahi hai. Faltu ka time diye iss exam ko. Pura luck based exam hai ... hardwork se jyada to luck matter karta hai iss exam . Bye bye RBI grade b
1:25 Who is this exam conducting body? How convenient to say that it's not our policy to provide the question papers !! It will be a huge advantage next year for those who appeared in phase II this time. Others can only guess how to change their strategy based on this year's paper. The same applies to phase I paper.
just say there wasn't any wrong question. if not wrong then it was extremely poorly framed. i have missed reasoning sectional cutoff by one mark and have 78 overall score. i wasted 7-8 minutes in that blood relation question as it used to be my strong point before. i cannot see how that question is correct.
@@ganeshsathe5921 reservation should be implemented like bcs SCs and sts Apply some brain Cutoff should vary as per seats Check cutoff for other castes....it is low...because enough people need to be taken.. U cannot fix a cutoff just like that It should be flexible and accomodate enough 1:15 ratio

Good job sir....they should take exam in one shift.....conducting exam for 1.25 to 1.5 lakh student is possible....they do that in IBPS PO

Is hisab se to mere GA me negative marks rahe honge because i scored zero in ga 🥲 and overall to marks from QRE was 56.

Only 27 ews candidates who have cleared ur cutoff were shortlisted for phase 2..
It simply means rbi is not implementing ews reservation policy...there is need to file petition against rbi on this issue
