I am sorry i put the wrong word. It should be homemade potato non-fried potato chips. In Chinese, "Fried" and "deep fried" are indispensable in cooking. The word "炒" means "put the food in the pot and stir it with a small amount of oil until it is cooked", then "炸" means "putting a large amount of boiling oil into the food." In Chinese, it can be picked up until the outer skin turns golden yellow. Although the method is different, the same words are used in English!
