Deep grounding sound of Rin Japanese Buddhist temple bell.
One hour Mindfulness meditation - We invite you to follow the powerful sound of a single bell or standing gong played for 20 minutes at 60 second intervals, 20 minutes played at 70 second intervals and the last 20 minutes played at 80 second intervals
We recommend using headphones or good quality speakers to listen to this track.
To relax and calm your mind sit or lay in a comfortable position, allow your awareness to follow the sound of the bell
Notice the quality of the sound
Notice the depths of the sound
Notice the different harmonics coming from the bell
Notice any pulsing sensations
Notice where the sound affects the body
As the sound fades allow the mind to follow it
Listen for as long as you feel is right for you
If thoughts arise just notice them, without engaging with them and let them go

When you have finished your meditation, open your eyes and notice your surroundings, bring your hands together in front of you and rub them together, notice the peacefulness you are feeling in this moment as you breathe in and out
Drink some water and then gently get up and go about your day

Nonetheless, I wanted to support the algorithm with an honest comment: the bowl itself is excellent.
I believe this video is also part of someone's compilation & may have sound thereon.

Thank you for your support, the sound is very low. It seems I need to get my hearing retested. (I heard the first sound & an echo for a few seconds. ) After reading the illumination, I am fairly certain it's my own audio receptors ( somewhere deep within my ears).

Hi 👋, I would love one of those in my property, in rural, France, it is so relaxing, I am listening to this through my very large transmission line loudspeaker cabinets, I live in an old moulin and this definitely brings out the elements energy in the property, Phil from the moulin France

Thank you, these big Temple Bells are very beautfiul and very relaxing and I imagine sound great through your loudspeaker cabinets - they sound even better in person. We bought this Bell from an auction - they rarely come up for sale but occasionally one does. Maybe you could put an 'auction alert' for Japanese Temple Bell at auctions in France and see what happens. Best wishes

@@philvale5724 happy hunting for your Bell. At Auction they are not necessarily expensive as they do vary in price. Sometimes the auction house will play the bowl, so you can listen and I would always recommend spending time time listening to a bell
