This video and content from borge always remind me of the effort-effect-ratio, especially for "normal" guys with usual life circumstances. Thank you!
Very interesting. Great to hear points being made about less frequent training and how some can make better gains, or at least maintain gains with a relatively low frequency and volume of training. Personally, for me, less frequent training works best. Again, its experimenting and seeing what works best for you!
This reminded me of the great "Arthur jones"
What's the pdf Borge mentioned? The .... physiology of strength"?
Great video, I really enjoyed this.
A big problem with recommendations, is that it's rarely stipulated who the info is aimed at.
There's a big difference to someone going to the gym, just to look good, build some muscle and keep in shape to another guy who want's to start competing in 3 years.
Very informative video. I always want to learn more which is why I listen to different opinions on training because their really is no set routine or style of training that is concrete. Try different protocols and find out which style of training works best for you. This video gives great advice. Thank you
Thanks man! Quality and unique information. 💪
Thank you for sharing, Abel :)
