Borge I was curious if you've ever tried two supplements that have been around for many years and did you experience any positive effects from them ? Humanafort and liver tabs or capsules??? I've been using Humanafort for about a year now and sometimes I notice a little deeper sleep but that's about it but on the other hand I've been taking 6 liver capsules daily and have definitely noticed more energy and a better appetite.....
I see no convincing evidence for Humanofort, but plenty of anecdotal. Just like Tongkat Ali 🤷🏻 Liver tabs is just a food-based B12+iron+vitamin A supplement.
Yes, some muscle groups probably respond better to lower frequencies and as you get more advanced you might have to reduce frequency since every stimulus - if you’re doing what you can to increase it (probably essential if you want to milk those last few pounds of gains as an advanced) - will also add more fatigue and thus recovery. I would say that for most, it’s probably better to train at least directly once per week and then indirectly or with a lower volume on another day. E.g. if Day 1 is chest and shoulders, you could do a close-grip bench and a couple of sets of lateral raises on an arm day later in the week.
Borge have you ever tried Phil Hernon s full body workout routine where you train 6 days a week with low volume higher reps and moderate weight and only 1 set per muscle group ?
@@myronullman4283 I have worked with Phil, yes - but I found that I could only do 3 days in a row and from the stimulus:fatigue understanding I would probably cap it there - i.e. it’s most likely better to allow 48hrs between training the same muscle group, on average - some of the slow-twitch muscle groups can probably handle daily training just fine.
Thank you so much for sharing this great information! You are greatly appreciated..,
I’m happy to hear it, Myron - thank you! 😊
Seems like a lot of value here. Will watch this weekend
Yeah, this was a long one, so hope you find it valuable!
Thanks for the content Børge!
My pleasure!
Great content as always. Thank you for your time and honesty and clarity.

You’re welcome 😊👍
Have you seem people who Hypertrophy better with lower frequency ( training a muscle around once per week)?
