The risk is something that should be discussed as immediate danger or risk ameaning that an immediate response is needed to protect the individual this is a legal issue and a protection issue and bust be acted on IMEDIATELY, you then have semi immediate and requires a 24hr response and needs urgent action but there is no threat of any form of danger in the next 24hrs
