i think he showed everybody he could beat juggle 2 seconds into the video. i mean wtf dances to beat juggling that long. do something different...he's wack
Everything is open format now a days.... and he's BOMB.... not only does he do electronic and hip hop but he nice indie elements all that equals = dope.
She wasn't taking pictures of the window, she was taking pictures of the large crowd that formed outside trying to get in as well as the freestyle cypher that was happening across the street. It was kind of hectic outside since it was the final day and several performances were taking place while capacity was very limited. Plus, she's cool as hell and kept the water bottles coming. She's also somebodys wife and helped organize this event, her and the other lady weren't just random photographers.
yeah right, do ppl not realize this dude was winning dmc as young teenager. its actually nice to see a vid in his EDM era of him going back to his roots
@finomhiphopandskate The "Now if it wasn't for..." part is from Lord Tariq & Peter Gunz "Deja Vu (Uptown Baby)"... The "Fat Beats" part is from Gang Starr's "You Know My Steez"...
Actually he is not faking one bit lol. 90% of his routines are old routines done on vinyl. Do some research and you'll find that exact routine done on real records :). No looping there sir.
There are other edm artists who scratch: Terrence Parker (House), R.A.W./6Blocc (Dubstep/Drum N' Bass), Mark N (Hardcore Techno/Gabber), Danny The Wild Child (Drum N' Bass), Dj Hype (Drum N' Bass), Dj Dope-E (Hardcore Techno).
From what I heard the physical store just didn't generate revenue like the website did so they closed the storefronts to just focus on the website and distribution side of their business.
A-Trak is one of the kings of this shit. Period. Favorite part though: "Detroit, We Love You...." Well, actually, the L.A., thing was hilarious. Dude definitely speaks well with his hands though!
@toneriggz Great footage thank you for posting. To be honest I wouldn't waste your time responding to the criticism you made your contribution you were there. Fat Beats was always hot as hell unless you can feel the breeze by those little as windows in the back . Time for a Papaya drink and a hotdog lol . Peace
@jjm5746 i was packed in small retail space, in extremely hot, sauna like conditions, with poor lighting and with people shoulder to shoulder and all around me (couldn't really move that far back)...i didn't get paid for this, i did this to show others what went down on that day...i apologize if it doesn't seem like the best camera work, but considering the conditions and considering how crappy youtube concert footage tends to look, i think the footage is okay...
A-trak is a DMC champ! There are a few out there that can scratch...BadBoy Bill, Laidback Luck, Kissy Sellout, Dj Craze. Rumor has it that steve angello is suppose to be quite the cut artist???
This showed up in my feed. Haven’t watched it in years. Needs to be recirculated. So dope.
Hoplessly in love with ANYTHING he does, from scratch routines, to producing house tracks, to Duck Sauce, you name it...
