Prices are stubbornly high because of Greedflation. What better person to solve this problem than the King of Greed?

Also, it raises more questions about who would actually benefit from those solutions.

Have you noticed any changes in your grocery bill recently? Are prices going up, down, or staying the same where you live?

Don't hold your breath waiting on ANY bill to lower under Trump 😂. It ain't gonna happen. Everything will RISE to cover the costs of the tax cuts for the ultra rich. No one explained this to you? Fox News probably forgot right

What it means to me is political promises can not be kept, you shouldn’t promise what you can fulfill, good just like social security can not not will they be able to be fixed

You make a solid point-political promises often sound great but don’t always line up with reality, especially when dealing with massive, complex systems like grocery prices or Social Security. It's easy to say "we'll fix it," but actually delivering is another story. There are so many moving parts, and sometimes those promises are just oversimplified to get attention. It’s frustrating, but being aware of that helps keep expectations grounded.
