Next, 16 tons ("Polyeleyniy"), 8 tons ("Lebed" or "swan""), 2,7 tons "Golodar", next 1,28 tons "Baran" or "Ram", next 491 kilos "krasniy" or "red", next bell "kozel" or "goat" is 327 kilos, and finally smallest named bell is "Nabatniy" or "alarm bell", his weight is 106 kilos. Other bells hasn't names, their weights is: 180, 144, 87, 72, 62, 43 kilos. Last two bells used for "zazvon" - something like an impromptu playing. And there is another small bell "Yasak" 24 kilos, but historically he was hanging onto the wall of church against bellfry.

On that very day I was there, a high religious prelate was visiting the Monastery and bells were ringing in rejoice of his visit. However, I could not obtain any information about the tonnage/weigh of such beauties. I remenfber the Guide Tour saying that the sound of those bells could be heard about 20 km distant, as the sound coud "fly" throug the water of a lake nearby. Really impressive ! Many thanks ! There are factories where bells are cast. They are few in number, but they do exist. However, the bells in the video are old bells, and those factories are long gone.
