On that very day I was there, a high religious prelate was visiting the Monastery and bells were ringing in rejoice of his visit. However, I could not obtain any information about the tonnage/weigh of such beauties. I remenfber the Guide Tour saying that the sound of those bells could be heard about 20 km distant, as the sound coud "fly" throug the water of a lake nearby. Really impressive ! Many thanks !
