I was worried about the increasing the weight when using this on a door that swings out. Is there a risk of the door opening when pulling more weight? Thanks.
Hey! I’ve been watching your videos and haven’t seen you use the wall mount. Some people are saying it is needed, but you seem to be doing exercises just fine with only the door. Is that right? I also wondered if someone could use one of these with a cheap bench that’s not the expensive official one
Yes, you can user almost any bench....I answered because this guy almost never responds. Also I have a max pro in very good condition that I am selling for for half price.
@@nicolaypastore Handy Gym with all attachments. I sold my my max pro to buy the handy gym and am loving it. The only thing is with cable crossovers that they need to be done one side at a time. Other than that the Handy Gym really kicks ass!
@@LarryRichelli I wonder if they would ever make a handy gym with 2 handles. But I think I will buy this as well as an adjustable bench, Dumbbells and open trap bar.

still got it?
Can you somehow do rows on this?
Why are you doing those movements so awkwardly
By far the worst form for cable crossovers.. now I don’t even know if this could replace cable crossovers on the road. Smh
Two Max Pros still no eccentric ability! Also, Max Pro does not sell those easy door mounts anymore as they discontinued them.
What would you recommend a better alternative? I need something to travel with and with eccentric. I wanna do cable crossovers and lateral raises.
