I am diabetic and have been for 8 years. Started on 50mg several years ago and it works great most of the time. Have tried 100mg but didnt seem to help any more and caused more side effects like stuffy nose and my face is flushed, otherwise its ok. I am 49 and weigh 270 at 6'1". Try a lower dose. Half or even a third of a 100mg tab works really well. Avoid too much drink and do get properly aroused. A bit of blue vision is my guide to reducing the dose, and the face flush is the point that it still works. And the positive effects last up to 18h with me.

You can take it while eating it just takes longer to kick in. Instead of 45-60 minutes. Give yourself 90 if u are going to eat

You suggest not to take it when your stomach is full but can one eat after taking it (maybe eating after an hour of taking it ).
