The Waterfalls are breathe taking, and rivers creek alone makes me want to move there right now. Wow, what a really beautiful state. Thank you Briggs great video!
As a Washington State native, I've visited Oregon more times then I can count. Every time I visit... Its like the first time going. I've considered moving there several times.
Absolutely beautiful! This is why I would like to visit every state in the Union...to see and record the beauty of each state. Thanks for sharing, Briggs. Never been to Oregon but now it's on my list of "Things To-Do & Places To-See." 😃

during these tough times, its so relieving to see such a calming video with such beautiful scenery. thanks briggs! so glad that you're feeling better now. this video has actually made me decide to do a road trip thru california and oregon once this is all over. howdy from texas!!
I absolutely loved this. You need to make a compilation with different beautiful nature scenes and soothing, relaxing music like this and sell it either on DVD or available for download or something!! I’d definitely buy it! I suffer from anxiety and this is just so soothing. I would love to pop something on my TV like this at night before going to bed to quiet my mind or even have it playing during the day in the background. You should seriously think about it!
I just moved to Portland OR and I'm amazed at beauty of the Oregon coast the Forest and the National Parks. I used to come to Grant's Pass on vacation with my parents I loved Oregon then and I love it now. Briggs I am I big fan of yours and I love your videos I can give you a lot more reasons not to move to East Texas Tyler and Longview being on that list.
The coolest thing I experienced in Oregon, was riding my bike on the beach at low tide, in the fog. Very surreal for this Canadian gal! The salt water taffy from Oregon is the best!
I love Oregon. Lived in a suburb of Portland for a year back in 1992. Beautiful. Oregon and Washington are two of the best states in the union, certainly in the top 10. On my "to-do vacation" list.
I think it is difficult for anyone no matter where they are from when they see their place change where they are from but you see a video like this and remember how great it was and how beautiful it still is.
My favorite video from you yet. My girlfriend and I have been talking about moving to Oregon, which I've never been to, and this video reminded me of what I am missing out on!

I have to say, I'm liking the two video's on California and Oregon, reminds me of the summer of '69 when I was able to drive around the country for 3 months......I did miss a concert though, yea, that one. It would have been great too, but the sights I was able to see was absolutely priceless. You learn a lot traveling that way. Wish I could do it again. I still like the occasional "my cousins ex wife" stuff and all, that's great, but this current format bring back a lot of memories......We hit just about every national park you could think of. Keep doing what you're doing.
Thanks for capturing the essence and beauty of our beloved state, Briggs. Smith Rock is not far from me. Hiked it three times. A tiring task but don't regret it. Lots of beauty not linked here about central Oregon here.
Stunning video with a perfect soundtrack! I was so relaxed by the end...can't wait to move back to the PNW! Got a good friend in Kalama who loves wine!
Been to Bend and Portland many times for work. One time I got a day to myself and went to the painted hills. It really is amazing, and you're right, it destroys your view of Oregon as being green and rainy. Well worth the trip.
That's only because your limited experience in travel hasn't given you the east coast. Which is Pretty much just Florida? I can understand the rest in your opinion. You're an honest and good man. Cheers!
You mention rivers and creeks and it made think about all the small creeks I’ve found that start and stop in the forest never making it to a river. I spend a lot of time outdoors on public land covered in forest. What I find are natural springs that simply bubble up out if the ground and start to flow downhill. They might travel a half mile to 3 miles and disappear back into the earth. You can always tell when one has been there for a long time because you will find huge massive aspens growing along the banks. I even found a family of beavers making ponds deep in the forest once. They were many many miles from any large waterway so I have no idea how they got there lol. I found aspens that they had chewed through that had diameter’s more than 3’ ft across. It was amazing to find a series of 5 or 6 ponds deep in the middle of the forest in the most unlikely of places. You also find a lot of artesian springs in the 20 miles or so around crater lake. And little streams that start on the side of Mt Thielson.
Before the Wu-Flu, I built quite a few of the large buildings that make Portland's skyline. Thank you for sharing the overhead footage, it was brilliant seeing my work from this view.
I have to say these last to "Places to Visit" are OMG worthy! I love your dry wit and sense of humor and occasional 🐴 reference, but these spattered through your regular lists are amazing! Hope you are well and thank you for sharing your lists; keep them coming.
