Palm rice cake and chicken look yummy. Ripen palm fruits reminded me during the Pol Pot era, I just threw them in the fire and ate them. It was like food from heaven as it was sweet and fragrant. I was sent from Phnom Penh City to Pursat Province and most of my family members did not survive. Thanks for sharing from Khmer in USA!
