Bon appétit! 🌟🍮 Recipe - - Dilute 2 tbs custard powder in 1/4 cup room temperature milk - and mix - Take 1 ltr milk and keep it for boiling - Once you get a boil, add 1/4 cup condensed milk and diluted custard powder milk mixture (you may adjust condensed milk according to your taste) - Stir continuously and cook till custard gets cooked and mixture becomes thick (it should coat back of the spoon) - Once the custard comes to room temperature, add 1/2 cup fresh mango pulp - In a baking tray, place bread slice (remove the sides) - Pour some mango custard on top- repeat these layers 3 times - Cover the bread completely with mango custard and place the tray in the fridge for custard to set (will take 4 hours) - In another bowl, take 200 ml fresh cream, and add 1/4 cup condensed milk - Mix it well - Pour this cream over the set mango custard pudding - Garnish pudding with fresh mango and chopped dry fruits - Keep in refrigerator and serve chilled. Recipe -
