  • This Outside Guppy Pond Tour is a MUST see if you're interested in keeping fish! We'll show you thousands of guppies in our Fish Room Tour of our backyard planted guppy ponds. You'll never believe how many guppies are in these diy ponds!
    Our Website: www.bishopaquatics.com
An in-depth look at our outside guppy ponds at the AZ location. We have over 20 varieties and thousands of guppies in this 10x70 setup designed to fit the needs of the breeder. Almost all of these guppies also have indoor aquariums that fish are raised in as well.
Our guppies are fed a diet of baby brine shrimp, frozen brine shrimp, frozen blood worms, and the highest quality flaked foods.
Our plant selection is a carefully chosen collection of aquatic plants that are particularly suited for shrimp and guppy habitats and breeding. All plants are easy to propagate and do not require, but benefit from Co2.

You have inspired me to start a guppy tub with some of your mutt guppies
I love the setup you have going, I want to get a small setup going. But being
I live in Indiana I'd have to do it inside once I get things setup like what you
have going, I'll start them in a 75 gal aquarium till it's stocked full then I'll
thin them out to a 110 gal stock tank you have a AWESOME setup there.

I am so envious, I am jealous, Bro you are doing exactly what I want to do ! I am in So.Cal. (being born here {entitlement}, I call it ""The State of Confusion"") anyways: I have similar weather conditions : soooo, if you can do... that means there's a damn good chance I can do it too ! oh before I forget breeding nets (haven't really counted but 20-25 years experience raising guppies, jsyk) I've found it's best even though they're in a net, you'll want/need a steady stream (not a ton of H2O just a little bit all the time 👍) of filtered water goin into the netted area w/the babies; not enough circulation threw netting, almost like it's a wall & not a net; you probably know that already ! you are into the nitty gritty that I need to know : cost in electricity : with "heating & cooling" + the regular filtering {recognized that noisy commercial air pumps blow one of those up, too small☹️}(I've had set-ups where afternoon sun would really get my aquariums way too warm : floating frozen bottles of water in there idk I tried anything !!! to keep water from wanting to get too hot) the way all your tanks/tubs/pond[whatever] one after another how there different sizes : like how I'd do, go to Wally World & buy biggest (or multiples) I could afford & start w/hose, Bamm, ponds/tanks/tubs whatever you want to call'em I'd have'm, (maybe someone has one & just throws it away... I seen it) Bamm another new aquarium 👍🙂. anyways Dude I believe I already subscribed, I am gonna be watching your videos : like white on rice. Thanx Man, Via Con Dios ! 🙂🖖V3

I want to breed guppies in a similar way when I move into my own place, but I want to specialize in speartails, which seem near impossible to get! Let alone in the colors and patterns I'm after. I'm thinking I'll have to find several pairs of speartails, regardless of color and breed to pairs with other tail types that are in the colors I want. It will probably mean a lot of culls, though...
