I love Nana. Brought my memories back to my late Mum and Nanny. They were the ones who defended me and always by my side everytime I was abused at work. The ones who were so emotional when I was powerless.😢

I think that Nana McQueen's words about George's abuse on JP had changed JP's personality and how no one believed him since George was a police officer hits home for James more than she realize. His father, Mac emotionally and physically abused James over and over again, but no one came to his rescue. As result, James became more resilient, but he also became more cynical, obnoxious, and cold because of it.

James had admitted to that he is cold because of Mac. But Marnie was also a manipulating cow back in the days and he did bad things for her as she was the only one that cared for him and needed James as a rock in her life. Also everything that happened with Harry that lied over and over again. I think he is influenced by that aswell. Now he is in a relationship with Ste that asked him not to take on the case and Ste care about JP aswell. So if this was real life, James should never take on a case with someone that he had a relationship with or that he knew and cared about (recuse), so he is actually doing the right thing for once.

It's good seeing Marlena again and yes I know she will do anything to keep her grandson safe from George's wrath and good job standing up to James. I can tell her heart breaking second that John Paul spend behind bars. I know in the end John Paul will be free and the George's real killer will be caught.

@@stvp68 Exactly, but with his experience he may think that JP actually did it. JP has been in prison for hitting a bullying teenager back in the days. He will help him though, just in another way, I think. He is also now in a relationship with Ste who asked him not to take on the case. Either way, in real life, James should never take on a case with someone that he had a relationship with. I think, it´s called in English: recuse? In real life he would have been in prison for all the things he did to help Harry back in the days as a lawyer. Harry that admitted to have hit Amy though Ryan was the one who killed her. Harry was a guy that lied over and over again so I think he is also influenced by that.

Mercedes changed her statement and did it because she heard that Sylver slept with Grace. It doesn't make what she did right but it wasn't as evil as the bullying and abuse George put JP through for no reason

Honestly, I still reckon it was Cher or Theresa who killed Geroge because they were both acting strange and shifty when they found out the police were involved in Geroge's murder. I feel sorry for John Paul because he doesn't deserves to be locked up. He was innocent and victim throughout the abusive relationship. I like Nana McQueen because she is kind and great character throughout the programme.
Could also be that police colleague who helped George telling JP that George was "dead".

He may not have the motive to kill him but they had an argument and then he took the bookend and hit him and now he doesn´t want to admit that so he is the "reliable whitness" that saw JP hit George. George was about to leave the village without saying anything to his colleague.

verity or james would be breaking the law if they hid the video. as non disclosure of evidence (hidding it) i know this because their was a ep on suits where the main guy was under investigation for hidding evidence in a trial

If this was real life, James should NEVER be his lawyer (recuse) but help JP in other ways. In this soap, he is also in a relationship with Ste who asked him not to so he is actually doing the right thing for once. James have done too many dodgy and criminal things already so it´s good that he is changing.

There are all brilliant and I can remember them when it’s been shown on the TV I wonder if you got some more of your amazing clips of Hollyoaks the once I really loved to watch the once are in 2019 the storylines are called the far right group once I have now lost them and I couldn’t not found them some point but have you got some like when Johnny sets the bomb of in his back yard part one and part two. Steven Hay did the round the circle and used his voice for everyone. The love boat. Lucas celebrating his birthday BBQ. Johnny and Stuart stoped Steven Hay going to his best mates funeral. @@stvp68 Because he thought at the time that he could get him off and pin the blame on someone else. Dean would have made a great scapegoat. Idk doesn't actually seem likely now that I think about it again.
