Not happening. Only reason it happened with mw3 was because mw3 was just supposed to be dlc updates for mw2 but they were forced to turn it into a sequel in under a year. Realizing that’s not enough time to make a full sequel, sledgehammer just reused everything from previous games, including needing to have mw2s weapons because they didn’t have enough time to make enough new weapons.
They wouldn't fit the game at all. Animations aren't up to BO6 standards There's plenty of other reasons why that won't happen, but that's just one of them
I kinda dislike how modern the reloads are despite the fact it takes place in... late 80s? Early 90s? Well basically BEFORE new millennium, before these reload techniques made it into the norm. I won't comment the cursed names and models, we are already used to that stuff. (For better or worse) Yes, it is nice to see some firearms back from the previous installations like L85, Stoner, USAS or SG550 while some of the new stuff looks nice and all but... I dunno, there is a certain template ActiVision follows in this and it looks like the same old "Huh, cool." and then just proceed to move on ever since Vanguard.
They added the bull pup FAL but not the proper FN FAL, no revolvers, no 1911 again, not even a glock wtf is this ? They go from one extreme to the other, at least put a good ammount of wepons into the game
the dots on the shadows of the weapon is annoying it comes from the crapy graphics engine idk why activision didnt let tryarch use other engine than that, if they did they would have shown more than this trust
The Goblin MK2 is based off the RMC No.2 which is a bullpup FAL. Also the original Black Ops having more weapons isn't the flex you think it is, that game had the same weapon bloat problem MW2019 had, so many weapons and yet most of them are either just worse versions of existing weapons or reskins of another.

There has to be the reason why they didn't include ANY real weapons there. Even the closest to real ones, still for some reason have butchered and malformed details, like AS-VAL. What are they afraid of? That Kalashnikov factory will sue the american game company, which has a bigger budget than half of the cities in russia together?
Maybe not Kalashnikov, but there are definitely gun companies out there that would get salty over some trivial bs and sue COD because their gun is depicted in a bad way (i.e. some random bad guy touched the gun for one millisecond).
