Very-very innovative... I've watched this video almost 3-4 times and everytime I just love it.. The central courtyard with the entire plan revolving around is the thing I've never seen before.. also the personal pool adds stars to the innovative thoughts..

There's no way to secure front door , if they going to secure front door then ground floor foyer design will have no attention left and parking space will also decrease and moreover the light courtyard coming from top will also disturb , so as per my knowledge this plan is not proper with security prospective

A single family with four kids of different ages can reside easily in this spot with all the amenities we wanted. Staircase and courtyard are the same time for ventilation of the house. It's a good concept. One can alternate the idea with his own plot size and vision of himself. What if your idea apply upon 20' 50' plot size. WOW...... Congrats again. What a wonderful courtyard.... I never subscribed instantly any channel like yours before. It's another strange and amazing thing....
Watch video again to get perfect idea about height , the basement is constructed partially sunked that means 5-6 ft deep from the ground level so it will not create much problem as main sewere lines are placed at 6-9 ft depth from ground level in general practice so this basement washroom drainage line can be directly connect with that main sewer line
U can ve a separate septic tank right below the toilet exclusively for the basement. Since it is a guest room hope there Ll not be much usage and it Ll be sufficient for many years without filling. There are various pump options available in the market for basement toilets. Check the Grunfos website for more details.
In reality, with these dimension, design won't look good. Rather would be congested. According to this design, staircase only would be taking at least 15*15 sqft area. Rest you can imagine. Although nice imagination
It might take 13x15 now out of 40-13 rest is 27 feet. 2.5 feet in wall now 24.5 or at least 24 feet. Now You can make 12 feet room in depth. Lets come to the width. out of 15 feet 3 walls of 5 inches takes 15 inches including two boundary walls and one center wall for bath room. Now left is 13.5 approx. Give 10 feet to the rooms and rest of 3.5 feet to bath rooms. where they show cupboards its not possible because you are giving 3.5 feet to wash room which might have a door of minimum 2 feet now 1.5 feet left in which storage area will be just 1 feet which is little less. But according to plot size which is just 15x40. What better you can get in this size. Problem is you have to use stairs every time you have to move from one room to another. Good exercise. lol
