A suggestion, when the neighbour construct without setbacks it will be difficult for ventilation(still u have given an ots that's nowhere resolve the toilet ventilation), possible provide a ventilation riser to run pipes and also to have drainage chamber in the case of no side setbacks.

Very nice and impressive design...A very single place is designed well and please make house of 25*125 double story and a entertainment area at the terrace..
There is no utility area . That’s a huge problem . There is no space for water tanks . There is also no study space in the bedrooms at all . And there is no single storage room . These are all very practical needs and can’t be ignored .
There is 2.5*4.5 ft space for ots Between room toilet and stairs
then go for 40 *60
You want a full size villa under the area 600sq²feet !! ....
If that necessary you can cut out a parking
